We have been collaborating on several projects by this time, the team has shown great expertise and final quality as well as perfect time management along with communication - always smooth and transparent.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We started searching for a web development partner company and had a big list of potential partners and Bato was one of them. When we had the first potential projects, Bato was meeting the requirements and the estimate was reasonable, so we gave it a try and never tested any other team as we're super happy with the outcome of the projects.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kick-off call where we discussed the specifics of the requirements, and after that, the team shared with me detailed project planning that was strictly followed while we were going through it. The demos were shared on a weekly basis and step by step we approached the end of the project.

In terms of technologies, here is the whole list: HTML/CSS Layout, JS Animations Symfony based custom backend admin panel with different client-requested functionalities Vue.js + Nuxt.js for the creation of non-reload web application Mailchimp full inner and outer mail notifications/letters

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 5 members all on all: the Web Development project manager whom I communicated most of the time, the Web Development team lead whose role was to handle hard technical issues and be the adviser, the Front-end developer, the Back-end developer QA manager who tested the website to ensure there were no bugs and we can show a brilliant pixel-perfect website to the client.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website was built from scratch (it's a new business), so as of now, we don't have the statistics (the website has been launched by the client) and we don't have any previous data to compare with. But, the tools were showing a great loading speed and the client was happy with the result when we passed the files.

The communication was always quick, and the team is responsive and reacting fast to my messages/clarification questions. We're always syncing in Slack and can jump on quick calls, the team always agreed to jump on meetings with us.

The redesign of the site, including a custom design and the integration of this design under WordPress. Choose the site style and validate the mock-ups. The designer creates the mock-ups for the desktop and mobile versions.
The developer will integrate only the elements of the customized design, giving the site a clean structure. In the back office, the site will be built in free-form sections, allowing the site admin to create new pages by reusing free-form sections. It takes 5600€ and 160 hours of work to create the site with the customized design. The team will include a designer, a developer, a CDP and a QA.

We onboarded a new client, who's entering the sportsbook market in US. They were creating all digital touchpoints from scratch and needed a sports blog. We hired Beto Web Agency to create the design and develop the site together with a custom odds integration.

We tested a few agencies and chose Beto due to their professionalism, speed of delivery, clear and proactive communication, quality of work and cost/quality ratio.

Based on a design brief and project specifications, the team provided a selection of styles to choose from, wireframes according to the chose style, further designs based on brand assets. During development, the team integrated custom API solutions to offer live odds for selected sports categories. The team continues to provide support for this project.

Four people worked with us: project manager, lead designer and two developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was delivered on time and within budget. Due to the success of this project we gain additional clients for similar types of projects that Beto agency are working with at the moment.

We use Trello, Telegram, Figma for all communication, task management and design work. The site was created on Wordpress.

Honestly, no changes needed. Highly recommend working with them.
