We are a design studio, offering visual marketing services and solutions to startups, e-commerce sites and any other businesses looking to get noticed and amp their marketing game. I'm in charge of BizDev and marketing in the company.

We hired Stubbs to help us with several web development projects on the programming side of things. One of the projects was our website.

We started with showing them the design and then went step by step through all the complicated moments. All were given adequate solutions. The development was done in ReactJS, NodeJS, Redux, MongoDB

We worked mainly with Volodymyr as the CTO and project manager, and Nikolay on the business side of things. Both are very client-oriented and highly professional.

All our clients absolutely love the new website!

The Stubbs team communicated with us constantly through Skype and email, so we always knew where things stood. The project was done in a timely manner.

They always found a solution to any challenge, no matter how complicated the design looked, and never said "it can't be done". Always there to help, even after the project was already completed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are always quick to fix any bugs, so just the usual course of website development...

Comparing with the previous version, the level of sales has increased by 300% from paid sources of traffic. The average check has increased by 40% compared with the previous site version.

All the work was divided into sprints and tracked in Jira. I got a report for each week. There were two demos during website development. For communication, we used Telegram messenger and Gmail.

I like the way of delivery. They have high standards of development and excellent communication process. Weekly reports.

Not sure. It's possible to add new functionality, but it's not necessary for now.

The vendor is responsive to our requirements and promptly implements all the necessary requests from our side.

In general, everything was good enough to satisfy our needs.

I am CMO at the company TOPIAR. The main direction of the company is the provision of landscape design and gardening services for country houses and corporate clients. In addition, the company provides several other services: the construction of swimming pools, services for the care of green plantations, the creation of green walls from moss and living plants, etc.

Our site was created more than 8 years ago and had become outdated. It was written in CMS Joomla. We had many landing-pages that were created to launch cpc advertising. The website loading speed was very slow, which made it difficult to get promoted in SEO.

The Stubbs team faced a difficult task - it is necessary to create a new website, on a modern, easy-to-use CMS, fast loading pages (in the green zone on Google page speed) and at the same time maintain the huge site structure to retains position in organic search results.

I’ve compiled a list of 15 companies with a good portfolio. Then shortlisted to 5. I choose a vendor based not only by cost estimate, but also by the proposed technical and design solution. Stubbs' offer was not the cheapest, but their portfolio and our website design reference played a key role.

We had a meeting where we discussed our goals and objectives of the project. We’ve selected the site references that we like. The Stubbs team created mock-ups and after a few iterations we agreed on the design. Then they developed website on React JS. They helped us with filling the site with content, assembling a team for this task and supervising their every step.

The project manager was our main point in communication with us. At different stages of the project, I communicated with the designer and the team lead. The rest of the team worked behind the scenes

The site is just finished, it's too early to talk about measurable results. For now, we can talk about the emotional component - our clients and team really liked the new site. Thanks to the new website, we have reduced the cost of maintaining landing pages and paid promotion.

All deadlines were followed. They completed some of the work earlier than the agreed schedule on the contract. Not a single change or task was forgotten.

We got a very modern website with an easy-to-manage admin panel. We had never worked with React JS before, so they took the time to teach our team how to update content ourselves.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This is not the first time I've worked with website developers. I appreciate the work of the Stubbs team so highly that I'm not ready to advise them anything for improvement. The best professionals I've ever worked with.

1. Trust. We had problems with payment. We explained this to the company and they were understanding.
2. Persecution. Extra work was done through our fault. But the company didn't charge for it.

Better testing. At the intermediate stage, there were bugs that can be seen at the development stage. But this is not critical
