Development of an online platform for ordering corporate lunches.
The solution to the problems with the organization of lunch delivery was a platform for online orders. It was a custom technology created for the client from scratch.
Due to the specifics of B Group's business, we have integrated the platform with ERP IIKO, which they use to administer the restaurant.
We have also connected the Actinia payment system, so that employees can buy food at their own expense. This allowed, taking into account the service of corporate lunches, to create a similar platform for lunch delivery to individuals.
New customers enter the platform from the landing page, where all areas of B Group work are presented.
User levels
There are two levels of users in the system: manager and regular employee. The manager has special features: Add new users to the system or delete old ones, for example, if an employee resigns; View a list of all employees of a company and the order of each of them; Create and edit orders for other users (this was done to allow assistants to order lunches for their supervisors or guests); Set an order amount limit for each employee's day.
Making an order
On the new platform, each employee can choose and order their own lunches - for one day or for several. Dishes in the list are grouped by type (salads, soups, desserts), and you can search simply by keywords.
Reports
Users can view order history for a month, 3 months and 6 months: ordinary employees - only their own history of order, managers - of all employees of their company. Order history can be uploaded to Excel.

KARL STORZ Ukraine
Objectives: KARL STORZ Ukraine - the official representatives of KARL STORZ Endoskope in Ukraine, a company that manufactures endoscopic equipment in Germany.
The task was to simplify communication between customers and service center employees, as well as make the customer service processes easier for the latter. Having explored the company's business processes, we have developed and implemented a solution that involves cooperation of a mobile application and a web administrative panel.
Solutions: For KARL STORZ customers, we have developed a user-friendly application that allows them to create repair requests, monitor the repair execution process, and communicate with KARL STORZ engineers. The application also allows users to use online support, contact the support staff by phone, order equipment, and view events organized by KARL STORZ Ukraine for health workers.
For the employees of the service center, we have developed an administrative panel that enables specialists to manage incoming requests, change their status, carry on correspondence with the users of the application, and, having conducted the repair, send data to the internal CRM system of the company.

Silver Stem
Objectives: Multifunctional online store created for the American market - Silver Stem.
Solutions: Silver Stem is an online store where you can buy cannabis and cannabis-derived products. We have developed a multifunctional, aesthetic store, where you can easily find the desired product and purchase it.
The technical stack we used ensured the ability to withstand high loads and provide a high level of security for the online store. It also allowed us to implement a convenient administrative panel for managing the store. To ensure the full cycle of e-commerce, the online store was synchronized with a variety of third-party services that are necessary to implement the tasks set by the business.

The Coat
Objectives: When the designer of the famous Ukrainian brand The Coat, Ekaterina Silchenko, contacted us, we immediately understood that it’s crucial that the online store should fully correspond to the temperament of the brand. Strong yet sophisticated, with bold details and bold accents. This project should not resemble any other project, it should be different and at the same time be intuitively simple.
Solutions: The Coat’s online store met the expectations of the designer, and you can see the result by clicking on the link to the project. You will find a user-friendly display of collections, articles, information about brand stores, and the possibility to buy products online. The online store is optimized for all screens and devices, it’s easy to use and sustain, it’s fast, and has a high level of security.

NAF NAF
Objectives: Multifunctional and efficient online store with a range of products from the French brand Naf Naf. Our goal was to create a convenient and easy to understand internet store with the information about the brand, display of new arrivals, promo and an extensive catalogue of goods synchronized with the current database of offline stores to enable their working as a whole.
Solutions: This is one of our most favorite types of projects - transfer of an offline store into an online format. We are always proud to be of use in the transformation of business processes of our clients!
In order to perform well on the Naf Naf project we considered all the nuances of the offline stores and found the optimal solution for synchronizing databases and accumulating all the necessary information in the client's CRM.
As a result, the online store received all the necessary information about the brand's customers who have bought goods in offline outlets, that is the loyalty program in use, which allows users to receive a discount by the phone number and also receive personalized birthday discounts.
Thanks to the prescribed commands for this project, the online store gets updates in real time: up-to-date information about products, customers, discounts on goods, and new arrivals.
Using the flexible Laravel framework, we have developed an administrative panel that addresses all the needs of the business. The administrators can quickly obtain information about orders, customers, received payments and synchronization statuses with the CRM system.

Om architecture
Objectives: Architectural bureau OM-architecture develops design for residential and public buildings, as well as creates interior design concepts. The main goal is to create a landing page that is supposed to accommodate large volumes of both text and photo content.
Solutions: We chose a non-standard block placement, allowing sorting by direction, press articles about the company, contact information, and materials about the architectural bureau. Despite the fact that the landing page is rich in high-quality photos we managed to ensure an adequate content download speed.

Good Window Works
Objectives: Good Window Works is a Boston-based company that specializes in the repair and restoration of wood, aluminum, vinyl windows and glass doors. Our task is to create an informative business card site, the main goal of which is to familiarize visitors with the services of the company and let them leave an application for an estimate of the necessary repair or restoration work.
Solutions: Development of an information site with a convenient UX UI that will allow the customer to get acquainted with the company, see its accomplished projects and reach out to them. Together with our partners, we were fully engaged in the execution of this project and managed to implement the following:

AORA
Objectives: Our goal was to implement a service that would simplify the online shopping process in US stores for Singaporeans. The service allows the user by sharing the URL of the product that he or she wants to buy, to get the best deals on the product and shipping fees.
Solutions: Our task is to develop products that make a significant contribution to the daily life of people, making it easier and more convenient! That is why, having learnt about the ideas of AORA, we realized that this is a project we want to be a part of! That is why we joined the team that was developing the project from scratch and contributed heavily to the development of the server side of the project using technologies such as laravel, js, jquery, mysql.

Wittermann and Partners
Objectives: Implementation of a high-speed, functional website for Wittermann & Partners. The site has to reflect all company’s lines of business, such as real estate and financing, and besides that provide a multifunctional newsletter (Mailing list).
Solutions: A website was created for Wittermann & Partners to contain information and news from the company, a description of the company's lines of business, such as real estate and financing.
In the real estate section, there is an opportunity to access detailed information about the company's objects (sold, put up for sale and the ones that have been requested). Also, users of the site can choose which property they want to have evaluated. We developed this functionality to simplify the work of the company and help to make communication and solving problems of their clients efficient and quick.
The site gives an opportunity to choose and subscribe to the financing and real estate newsletters, depending on what interests the user.
After the user has subscribed to the mailing list, his contacts are transferred to the Mailing database. To manage mailing, we implemented the ability to add a contact base in an Excel file, and the possibility to view which user has viewed, unsubscribed, or has not yet read the letter from the mailing list. It is also possible to view and download statistics regarding the newsletter mailing.

Polaroid
Objectives: Stylish, quick, and easy-to-use online store for a Polaroid distributor. We were given the task to develop an online store, which, despite a large product range and highly loaded functionality, would remain optimized and fast.
Solutions: We have developed an online store where, using flexible filters and convenient sorting logic, the customer can quickly select the model of glasses right for him.

Online store selling ophthalmic products.
An online store was created to enable purchasing ophthalmic products online, such as: sunglasses, optical frames, contact lenses, and related products. Synchronization with the CPM system allows a manager to update real-time information about new products, models, and discounts in product cards. Connecting the Liqpay payment system, implementing a personal account with a lot of personal information, developing a clear administrative panel for store managers - all this makes the store convenient for both customers and administrators.

Tradelize Terminal
Objectives: Tradelize Terminal is a unique ecosystem that brings together traders, investors, analysts and leading media in the cryptocurrency market. The platform offers each market participant various professional tools for trading, scaling and monetizing their experience.
Solutions: Our task was to finalize the existing platform on the side of the front-end part, namely the embodiment of the design in the web interface. Thus, the specialists of our company implemented a layout portal with the introduction of various animation libraries, developed the functionality for conducting online streams, adapted all the pages of the platform using css, and placed tables with voluminous content.

Depositphotos Trends 2021
Objectives: Depositphotos is an international photo bank that acts as an intermediary between image authors and their buyers. There are both stock photos and graphics, as well as vectors and videos presented on this platform. Our company has implemented a project for Depositphotos which is very important for the industry as a whole - Visual trends 2021.
By clicking the link you get to the site telling you about 9 current trends for 2021. 12 top creative agencies from all over the world worked on the creation of these trends, thus sharing their insights about the ways visual communication is going to change. The main goal was to convey to the user the creative ideas and ingenuity of this project.
Solutions: Working on the site was filled with creativity and enthusiasm, non-trivial ideas, and extraordinary images from Depositphotos. A large number of complex animations have been implemented on the project, which complements the general idea of the project and makes it "alive". The expertise of our front-end developers allowed us to fully implement all the solutions the team of designers had and realize all the wishes of our client.
