5.0 Feb 29, 2024The measurable outcomes include proactive notification, detection, and remediation of security events which free our IT staff to focus on their day-to-day duties with confidence the Foresite is minding the monitoring and response. Foresite also frees our staff by managing our firewalls, keeping them updated, and implementing requested changes. Anything to be said here would fall into the bucket of continual improvement, because Foresite proactively improves areas that are not the best fit for their customers. Examples would be our original deployment of Carbon Black EDR which while effective, had problems. Foresite transitioned us to Crowdstrike at zero additional cost to us and we benefited from significant improvements.

The project took longer than expected because it was a bit more complex than expected, but it was delivered complete and functional. Then, all the errors and improvements that arose were addressed and left ready. The visibility of the different projects is good, and communication is fluid with the team (mainly with the PM). When we complained about some of the people assigned to the project, Nybble always responded, analyzed, and, in the cases they considered correct, changed people who were not performing with us.
