We needed to develop and implement a unified digital education management platform (IPEMIS) to centralize and digitize data on schools, teachers, students, and administrative processes. The goal was to replace fragmented paper-based systems with a single integrated solution and strengthen data-driven governance by providing real-time dashboards, automated workflows, and analytical tools to improve planning, transparency, service delivery, and management of Bangladesh's primary education sector.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DSi has designed and developed 28 interconnected modules tailored to different user workflows. IPEMIS has been engineered to serve over 700,000 teachers. The platform has been architected according to government guidelines while maintaining scalability and accessibility for low-bandwidth communities.Key deliverables include the complete modular ecosystem, an offline-capable monitoring application, and infrastructure optimized for high-volume access in challenging connectivity environments. Some of the notable modules are school data, teachers, government officers, book distribution, APSS (Annual Primary School Statistics), TTMS (Teacher Transfer Management System), scholarship management, education in emergency, SLIP (School Level Improvement Plan), PEPMIS (Primary Education Property Management Information System), EQMS (Equipment Management System), SEND (Special Education Need and Disabilities), and NGPSR (Non Government Primary School Registration).

The system has transitioned from paper-based to fully digital. Teacher transfers are now systematic and transparent. Book distribution is now demand-driven across the country.DSi's work on IPEMIS has transformed education data management in Bangladesh. The platform now supports over 700,000 users and manages more than 52 million records nationwide. It has automated key processes such as teacher transfers, handling over 28,000 applications digitally, and improved textbook demand forecasting, helping save approximately $2.3 million through reduced overprinting. The system has significantly improved data accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency across the primary education sector.

How did Dynamic Solution Innovators (DSi) perform from a project management standpoint?

We track progress using an agile methodology. DSi has conducted iterative client requirement gathering sessions, developed mock designs based on feedback, and continuously implemented refinements throughout the development cycle.DSi's deliverables have sometimes been delayed, but that's because of expanded requirements and project scope. The team always actively works extended hours without complaints and complies with new needs. The added requirements have helped the project be better and satisfied us more.

DSi maintained consistent test coverage across all sprint cycles, ensuring stable, regression-free releases and timely issue resolution throughout the engagement. The most prominent success metric was a 75% reduction in production bugs within the first year of DSi engaging in the QA process. DSi managed and streamlined over 15,000 test cases, which significantly improved test visibility and coverage across the platforms.

They’ve been very flexible in how they approach delivery, adapting their methods based on AMT’s needs rather than sticking to a rigid process. When there have been urgent situations, they’ve gone the extra mile, including working weekends when needed, and have been very responsive overall. Even though the team is fully remote, they’ve done a good job making their work visible through proactive reporting, regular communication, and clear expectation setting on both sides. That transparency has made collaboration much smoother. In terms of timelines, they’ve generally been reliable, and when there are risks or delays, they communicate early and work with us to adjust priorities or find solutions.

What stood out most was their flexibility and proactiveness. They didn't wait to be directed. As soon as they spotted a gap, they acted on it. Their domain knowledge was also a real differentiator. It meant they could engage meaningfully from day one, and that's largely why we've maintained such a long partnership with them.

At times, given the complexity and evolving nature of the project, aligning on priorities and scope required additional iterations. That said, DSi’s team was always responsive and proactive in adapting, which helped keep things on track.

Using Spring Batch to process huge amounts of data very quickly and efficiently. Additionally develop proper logic that flag specific types of transactions.

We needed help building a modern web app on top of backend microservices.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dynamic Solution Innovators has created a modular web portal that hosts various complex workflows for enterprise staff members. The team has also run those workflows to completion, storing progress in a PostgreSQL database. In addition, they've created CI/CD infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS, and they've provided significant testing and project management help on our projects. Although Dynamic Solution Innovators has built the entire web portal, they haven't built the platform of microservices that the portal controls.

Dynamic Solution Innovators initially gave us only engineers. However, we later asked for a full-time project manager, and he has significantly improved our organization and efficiency. Dynamic Solution Innovators has shown a great spirit of teamwork and commitment to our company's goals. They're very flexible and have helped us find creative solutions to budget and scheduling challenges. In addition, they take significant pride in the software they create.

DSi tends to accept whatever processes and practices our company proposes. This is good from a flexibility standpoint, but DSi could be more opinionated in its proposals about which best practices they know will work well with their own staff members in the context of the engagement type we have.
