I did like the personal touch of the virtual meetings, where every week we got an hour to check in and ask specific questions and then left the meetings with specific goals for the following week, and there were often check-ins throughout the week to make sure we were staying on track.

We had a one-hour meeting once a week, but we also had a 15-minute meeting each day to ensure communication between the vendor and our team. Initially, communication wasn’t very effective because Britenet was used to working IT experts and we were new to the process. To remedy that, Britenet used more accessible language so we could understand what we were working on.
