Darkeinu is a unique educational curriculum for teaching Jewish tradition implemented in over 130 Jewish educational institutions, such as Or Avner, Shema Yisrael and ORT systems and in 80 kindergartens. JivoChat Integration with Salesforce
JivoChat Integration with Salesforce reveals new opportunities for interaction with leads, providing ability to create/edit leads directly from Chat. Specifically, automatic synchronization with Salesforce database and display of chosen information in the sidebar of Jivochat is introduced. A database search occurs according to Google Analytics parameter, email and with further inclusion of any additional parameters. Advantageous availability to search by all standard and custom objects in the org is provided.

AWS (Amazon Web Services) Integration
The main objectives of this development are the processing of more data and interaction with a bucket on the Amazon S3. In addition, the application should be as flexible and customizable as possible. Finally, this development should be able to build a CSV file on a scheduled basis that containing any data by user requirements or handle the downloaded file from the Amazon S3 as required by user. The FeedVisor team built a chain of events "to improve the lead generation and sales processes using more data, machine learning and data models". And the S3 bucket is used to exchange data between different systems, one of which is Salesforce. A few important events on the Salesforce side: Import data from the bucket and update Salesforce records by the unique identifiers or external keys. Export Salesforce records and upload them to the specified bucket as CSV file. Retrieve data from the Marketo, then upload to the specified bucket as CSV file. In addition to the basic events on the Salesforce side: Implementation of automatic file management. The order of the main events. Each of these events contained processing of more data and interaction with Amazon S3. "Because Apex runs in a multitenant environment, the Apex runtime engine strictly enforces limits to ensure that runaway Apex code or processes don’t monopolize shared resources. If some Apex code exceeds a limit, the associated governor issues a runtime exception that cannot be handled." Considering the above, special requirements for us were the creation of a process that will resistant to errors. The process, which prevents the problems associated with platform limitations. The process that can tell the user that the system is configured incorrectly. Also our goal was to make the complex process easy to use and understandable for the user. And to carry out this goal, the development contains a logging system and a system for sending notifications to the user at each step.

The Synebo team allocated a dedicated remote team leader, the remote work wasn't an issue since we had daily statuses to monitor the progress, the TL was always approachable and eventually, the Synebo team delivered quality results quickly and ahead of schedule.

The customizations and coding were by the exact planned design, the quality was very good, any further corrective iterations were done efficiently to a good outcome. The Synebo TL was service-oriented and provided outstanding deliverables.

Very effective, we had daily statuses and from time to time corrective iterations, the collaboration was smooth although the long distance.

I am the founder and managing partner of the company and besides managing the company, I am also actively involved in some of our customer projects.

Tailored-ICS's other managing partner has been in contact with Synebo for a while, hence we contacted them to see if they were able to provide us with the needed development skills.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
Based on the requirements we collected before and during the project, Synebo provided the development work for that. This included Apex triggers, Apex classes, Lightning pages, Lightning Components, setting up the Customer Community and providing additional pages and mapping.
What was the team composition?
It was a team of 2 till 3 experienced developers that were involved in the project besides our own team. In order to streamline the planning and projectmeetings, they added a Synebo project lead who took care of the work distribution within Synebo.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The impact for our customer is that their 'customers' can fulfill a request online via the Customer Community in a user-friendly manner. This saves them time as before this was put in manually or via a webpage. The webpage was not user friendly as their customer could not save any request, so if additional information needed to be gathered they had to fill out the form several times. By starting a new form every time, this also resulted in a lot of uncompleted requests that had to be handled by our customer.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
The project was managed by Tailored-ICS, however as mentioned before Synebo also provided a project manager to streamline the work distribution, planning, and communication on their side, which worked very pleasantly.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was impressed by their ability to provide the right skills at the right time and the manner in which they handled any change during the project.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There are not many areas that they need to improve, the only things we experienced that maybe could be improved is the way they estimate the work (understanding of the high-level processes at the start) and how to adjust to work together. This last point is I believe also due to us, as this was our first project together it is always hard to know in which manner it is best to provide the information. Once we reached that common ground, it worked out very well.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the CEO of Pharmbills which is an organization that hires teams remotely in Ukraine for American companies.
What challenge were you trying to address with Synebo?
We were looking for someone to automate our payroll, hiring, and HR objectives for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’ve worked on our Salesforce integrations portal interface to make sure anything we need on the payroll and HR front is being met. There’s a lot of development going on there. It’s a multi-stack project which began a while ago and is still ongoing.
The next sprint should be finished in August. Everything is being built on Salesforce, but I am not sure which technologies they are using.
What is the team composition?
We work with four people including the CEO, a PM, and a developer.
How did you come to work with Synebo?
They are located in the same city where we are. I was introduced to the CEO at an event. We exchanged different challenges that we are facing, and they said they could help us with our challenge.
They first started with a trial and created a mini product for something small that we needed, and then we engaged with them in a full contract.
How much have you invested in them?
We have spent over $50,000 USD.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them in February of 2017 and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They met deadlines and the level of QA. Their team checked for errors even before we even started testing so when we were testing, the changes were really minor. They have over-delivered in whatever they promised us at every stage.
We use the product daily. It’s our design, but like in any company, there are people who are happier and those who are less happy. The transition from the tool we were using before wasn’t easy because people are used to whatever they are used to.
How did Synebo perform from a project management standpoint?
We have internal project management tools. In terms of communication, we use the phone and Skype.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They overdeliver, which is impressive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Sometimes they have more of a demand than they can accommodate. I think they have improved in the last year on it.
