CRM implementation, migrating them from a legacy system to Salesforce CRM. This included building custom automations and performing complex calculations tailored to meet our unique mission and goals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Operational Efficiency: Significant reduction in manual data entry and repetitive tasks due to automation, leading to faster invoice processing and streamlined workflows for managing vendors, partners, and materials.

Database converted from a legacy system to Salesforce. 

Accuracy Improvements: Enhanced data integrity through real-time calculations, validations, and error-reducing automation, ensuring reliable financial and operational outputs.

Time Savings: Decreased time spent on report generation, with users now able to create detailed financial and operational summaries in a fraction of the time compared to previous manual methods.

Enhanced Reporting Capabilities: Increased visibility into critical metrics such as revenue, material weights, and partner performance, enabling data-driven decision-making and better resource allocation.

Everrest had excellent project management systems in place. They are very organized and responsive. We appreciated their use of sprints and the task management program, Click-Up. As a customer, the Click-Up program was user friendly and helped us see what Everrest was working on. In addition, we always received quick responses to any questions and comments we made via email or in the Click-Up program. We also had weekly virtual meetings for demos and to answer questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Everrest staff are top notch! They are experts on CRM programs,  friendly, great listeners and communicators, and very organized. Their approach to task management using the Click Up program was unique and so helpful for keeping us focused on tasks.

We were very satisfied.

We need a Salesforce field called "Parent ARR" at the Account level.

This field needs to be automatically updated as the sum of the values in the field "Account ARR" of the Child Accounts under this Parent Account.

The "Parent ARR" field should be updated not only when the "Account ARR" field of a certain Child Account is updated, but also in other situations, such as:

• Child Account is reparented
• Child Account is deleted
• A new Child Account is added under the Parent Account and this Child Account has the Account ARR field populated etc

The value in the field "Parent ARR" needs to be consistent across all Accounts and its data type needs to be Currency

It was fully tested and implemented in our Salesforce

Yes, it was delivered on time. All the questions and concerns were responded promptly

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I liked EverREST's realistic expectations for delivering the project, including possible issues that could happen during the development process and the detailed explanation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something EverREST could have done differently?

It was not a problem for me, but I had to ask which was the automation that was set up. I did this so I could document the configuration done in Salesforce. I think it should be proactively given to the customer because I strongly believe most customers will overlook this and lose the reference of why a certain change was done.
