The process of implementation encompassed consulting for implementation of the management of the membership process, partners and sponsors, and registration process for events, as well as integration with several marketing and payment systems. Through the centralization that Dynamics 365 allows for, we were able to define the processes and data for reporting. Project steps included several integrations and implementation of CRM.

Results included easier employee collaboration, optimization of business processes, as well as increasing the speed of flow of billing information from the banking system. In addition to the above, integration with Fina was implemented, which enabled automated sending of invoices to customers, and integration of the marketing module of the CRM solution with the Sendgrid mass mailing system.

The measurable outcome included easier customer relationship management and business process automation. This also contributed to a better and faster flow of information, facilitated cooperation among employees and teams, as well as the optimization of automated processes.

In this way, CRM became a central place for storing and recording data and enabled an overview of the entire relationship with the client as well as accurate reporting of statuses and changes.

InSky Solutions was hired to help us digitalize our processes. This digitalization included the change from traditional way of doing business with clients. Our main goal was to increase both efficiency and productiveness of our agents. Furthermore, we wanted to provide our members with a proactive service, instead of the reactive one we used before. With this proactive service, we wanted to bring all those services much closer to our members and to make the communication with them simpler and more straightforward.

The main decision factor for us was word-of-mouth, or to put it more simply, we wanted a company which is committed to providing high quality service. Their business solution ContactInSky fit perfectly due to it being able to segment incoming calls and phone calls, it also includes a unique interface that allows complete query management for a contact center, automatic caller identification by phone, etc. number or e-mail address. And last but not least, their references really impressed us, thus making our decision-making process much easier. Overall, there was a tender for which InSky applied and it was selected among many different implementors.

Technologies which were used were solely based on Microsoft’s tools, with key deliverable being to completely change the way our contact center works, switching from, as already mentioned, reactive service to proactive service. With the expansion of the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution by implementing ContactInSky, campaign management process was also additionally improved, and a 360-member view also became available. Worth mentioning is the fact that the 360-member view enabled us to have all member’s needs and wants in one place.

Business rationalization is best reflected in cost reductions and optimization of internal resources. Some of the benefits we received with ContactInSky are automatic caller recognition by phone number or e-mail address, automatic opening of caller information, ability to record the reason for the call and turn the call into a case, forward calls to another agent, view missed calls and automatically call missed calls, record conversations, email management, etc.

The solution was customized and specifically designed and tailored to our needs and requirements. Worth mentioning is the fact that InSky combined Microsoft’s advanced technology and market best practices to assist us with achieving digital transformation and business automation.

The most measurable outcome was that we gained a 360 view of our customers in one place. We had many different reports and tools, and Dynamics 365 helped us to contextualize the client and product insights, empowering Rasco’s sellers and distributors to drive personalized, meaningful customer engagements.

Camp Čikat, the only one in Croatia, also has an aquapark. And finally, I have been working in Jadranka turizam as a Marketing Manager.

Furthermore, we required a user-friendly tool where our agents would have an easy time logging calls and writing emails, and where we could get a 360-guest view. And of course, most important of all, we were looking for a solution with which we could increase the share of direct sales and lower our dependency on OTAs.

Jadranka wanted to digitalize all processes, and we were looking for a solution provider who already had experience implementing similar solutions. That’s where we got to InSky Solutions, and since they already implemented this solution to many of hospitality companies, the decision to be made was easy.

The scope of work included mainly multiple different reports, such as how many calls and emails agents handle daily on average, number of missed calls, etc.

To summarize project steps, they mainly included the prioritization of incoming emails for agents to save time and to utilize their performance, and the definition of incoming and outgoing email addresses.

The key deliverable for us, overall, was to replace the traditional way of doing business with guests, as well as to unite all relevant information into a single database and connect several communication channels. InSky primarily used technologies which were based on certified Microsoft tools.

The timeline was mostly respected, and the implementation itself took 3 months. The communication between InSky and us was acceptable and all bottlenecks in communication were resolved in a timely manner.

The CRM system allows us to save time, money, and resources. The reports and data we get enable us to better strategize for upcoming seasons and understand several different factors such as the number of nights guests typically stay.

Arena wanted to automatize their marketing processes, and InSky guided us towards ClickDimensions, a marketing automatization tool which enabled us to improve and digitalize all those processes. Since we already had Microsoft Dynamics 365, it seemed to us as an excellent idea to have another module within the same technical solution.

Before we made a decision to automatize our marketing processes, InSky has already, long ago, implemented a portal named Arena Rewards, whose main goal was to gather all guest information and preferences in one place – Microsoft Dynamics 365. InSky proposed using marketing module in order to utilize all guest information and preferences, with a goal of targeting specific guests with specific promotions, discounts, etc.

The results of the project were exemplary. The noticeable measurable outcomes were improved guest satisfaction and better and a clearer flow of information. Furthermore, marketing automatization enabled us to better target our guests, and it also enabled us to save time when it comes to newsletters and surveys. And lastly, dashboards created by InSky, which are corelated to marketing module, constantly provide us with valuable and important information which is later utilized in our resource management.

Due to almost perfected InSky’s project management style, there were no issues in communication. They were always on disposal and were always getting back to our inquiries in a timely manner.

Setup of ClickDimensions marketing module for enablement of creation of interactive automations based on user characteristics or behavior, sending targeted email messages to potential customers to make a sale or generate interest in our product, and notify sales when a customer shows interest through their interactions with marketing messages.

All these implementations have resulted in automated and upgraded marketing and sales processes and complete digitalization of this part of the business. Furthermore, solutions as the loyalty program allowed for increase in customer satisfaction, whereas marketing automatization provided possibility for better customer targeting and more efficient marketing processes (e.g., monthly newsletter). It also allows us to track the interests and potential customers, which in turn makes it possible to improve our business strategy.
