I'm the CTO of Bankroll, a company that provides loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, and similar services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cloudsquare?

I reached out to Cloudsquare to integrate a template into Salesforce, so I wouldn't have to create a custom solution from scratch. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cloudsquare collaborated with me to integrate the Brokersuite template from the AppExchange into our Salesforce system. 

What is the team composition?

I work with a few advisors and two engineers. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spend about $750 a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working with them since January 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Implementing a template into Salesforce saved us a tremendous amount of time. The template is a great fit and has enabled us to start doing business right away. 

How did Cloudsquare perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication between our teams has been great; I can always reach them on Slack when I need to.

I was the VP of operations at a merchant cash advance (MCA) broker/lender. I was responsible for launching Salesforce for our 200+ users.

We were aiming to increase pipeline efficiency, close more deals, and better automate our receivable/payable tracking.

The salesforce implementation included custom de-duplication logic, a full automated commission engine, and a customizable and scalable lead assignment/reassignment engine. They also introduced automated submissions to one or more lenders, lead sources and internal staff tracking, and an application and funding wizard.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a project manager, two business analysts, and a QA rep.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Lead and staff tracking efficiency grew and the application and funding wizard cut down time devoted to data input. The project was implemented on time and within budget, so it was a huge success. There were no surprises along the way and they delivered exactly what we scoped out. There was no bait and switch.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication pipeline was always open via phone calls, emails, scheduled meetings, and instant messaging.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge of and expertise in our industry, as well as of Salesforce, was superb. They knew exactly what we wanted, communicated effectively, and delivered the project excellently.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There’s always room for improvement, but there were no specific areas of the project that we were unhappy with.

I’m the COO of California Energy Contractors. We specialize in high-performance, energy-efficient products like windows, doors, paints and coatings, and roofs and insulation.

After doing our sales process on paper for the last 18 years, we finally decided to implement a CRM system.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted our telemarketing department to integrate their dialing, scheduling, mapping, confirmation, and sale booking activities. We also hoped to track installations, crews, and accounting.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We contacted five Salesforce partners and Cloudsquare proved to be the most experienced. They were fast learners, which made me confident that they would make my vision a reality.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

We had a very complicated model with many moving parts, so Cloudsquare spent significant time talking through each process and getting everyone on the same page, from an execution standpoint. After designing the solution, they jumped immediately into development, sending out weekly status updates that included both hours worked and costs incurred. Prior to going live, they came onsite to teach us how to navigate Salesforce and show us some shortcuts.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a project manager and a project lead, but they had developers doing the heavy lifting in the background.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We saw measurable improvement in numerous categories including leads generated per week (45%), time to generate each lead (almost 75%), appointment confirmations (70%), and monthly sales (24%). We also reduced the time administrators spent coordinating lead status between various teams, increased scheduling efficiency by region, and gained groundbreaking insight into our sales performance, gaps, and trends.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They delivered ahead of schedule and under budget, so it was top-notch. We hit every milestone and date they set and were in constant contact with the same people, thanks to Slack and JIRA.
