Problem statement:-
A leading finance company is having a finance product which has opportunity simplification process. Earlier they are doing the whole process manually. They want to implement a Lighting Components that simplify their data representation process. Also, they want to design component such a way that each and every section visible on components are totally configurable. What should be shown in each section and Design Attributes such as colours should also be configurable.

Our Role: - Our role was Implementation of Lightening Component Developments.
Challenges:-
1) Our first challenge was to understand the flow of data gathering and existing modules already implemented.
2) We started developing the changes we found some architectural issues that we have also need to fix.
3) One of their main requirements was device aware lightening component design, where mobile and desktop view was different.
Solution:-
We provided the solution by creating Lightening component using Lightning Inter-Component Communication Patterns. Where Base component deals with the outer design and provide wrapper for each inner child components.
Key Functionalities:-
· Show each and every section based on user’s role.
· Details for each section also configurable, ex. fields should be visible or not.
· For each section status completed, pending or optional their color should be different.
· Each section should maintain their order base on configuration.
· Expand and collapsible view of each Child section.

· To complete certain opportunity stage, we need to show mandatory section to be completed
· Also for each stage click we also need to show weather particular stage is completed or not
Error information Screen building
· Show error message for any false initial configuration done during component initialization, ex. API name of certain field is invalid. Color Information not available.
· During the component flow if any error occurs than it must be shown in toast message.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
My organization helps customers to protect themselves from content scraping, bot attacks, and other digital invasions from outside entities. I am a project manager at the company.
What challenge were you trying to address with GetOnCRM Solutions?
We needed a certified Salesforce partner to help us develop an e-commerce sports marketplace.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Their team worked with us to develop the platform from the ground up. We started by deciding on the specific requirements for the project. From there, they got to work building out the front- and backend functionalities and adding plugins to allow us to list all of our products for sale.
What was the team composition?
We worked with about 6–10 members of their team on the project, including a lead developer and a project manager.
How did you come to work with GetOnCRM Solutions?
I was doing research on potential Salesforce certified developers at the time, and someone within my network pointed me to them. We started discussing our requirements, and it turned out that they were certified and had the capabilities that we needed, so we decided to move forward with them from there.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost of the project was about $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them from around January–February 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The quality of the code that they delivered was fantastic. We did a code review and found no bugs or issues with what they had developed, so we were able to launch the project without even going over the code with them a second time. Since launch, everyone who uses the platform has been incredibly satisfied with its functionality and look.
How did GetOnCRM Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
When we originally started the project, we had a very specific deadline for them, and were worried by the amount of time that we spent on the discovery phase alone. However, their thoroughness in that part of the project allowed them to turn around the actual build of the plat8form in an incredibly short time, completely exceeding our expectations.
They have also been very supportive of all of our efforts, going above and beyond to make sure that we are meeting our goals. Because we are in different time zones, they have sometimes had to work very late to get on calls with us and they have always been happy to do it, which I really appreciate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their team has a really impressive knowledge of Salesforce and the industry in which they operate. They really understand the ins and outs of the software and how to manipulate it to achieve just about any function, which I found to be very helpful. That skill, on top of the attitude that they brought to the project, was a really refreshing approach.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have any complaints about their work whatsoever.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Allow them to go into as much depth as they want in the original scoping and data collection for the project because once they understand what is already in place and what needs to be fixed, the process goes incredibly smoothly.

Generally, we use a ticketing system to answer issues we’re having with the system. For higher priorities, we have one main point of contact. They likely have 8–14 people available to help us.

Our hours of operation are different from theirs because of our remote relationship. That can sometimes be challenging, but they support us as much as they possibly can.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a plan going into your work with them, and they’ll be able to devote even more to the solution. They helped us work through our plan, but we could’ve done more if we understood our pain points better. We ended up letting them run with our CRM, which ended up being the perfect solution for us.
