MagicFuse were hired for development of a custom Salesforce-based solution with integrated AI. The solution itself is a communication tool used for connecting different parties inside a Salesforce CRM environment. The team's objective was to implement the functionality of the tool using the native & custom components in Salesforce following the provided designs. They also had to build a connection between the communication tool and the databases of the CRM system to ensure the proper data exchange.

Each month we discuss the work that will be delivered, but then in a weekly meeting we will adjust the plan based on any time-sensitive matters that have arisen.
