In this way, CRM became a central place for storing and recording data and enabled an overview of the entire relationship with the client as well as accurate reporting of statuses and changes.

We have been promoting, representing, and protecting the interests of our members at home and abroad for over 165 years. The Croatian Chamber of Commerce (abbreviation HGK) is an independent professional and business organization, which promotes, represents, and harmonizes the common interests of its members before state and other bodies in Croatia and abroad.

InSky Solutions was hired to help us digitalize our processes. This digitalization included the change from traditional way of doing business with clients. Our main goal was to increase both efficiency and productiveness of our agents. Furthermore, we wanted to provide our members with a proactive service, instead of the reactive one we used before. With this proactive service, we wanted to bring all those services much closer to our members and to make the communication with them simpler and more straightforward.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The main decision factor for us was word-of-mouth, or to put it more simply, we wanted a company which is committed to providing high quality service. Their business solution ContactInSky fit perfectly due to it being able to segment incoming calls and phone calls, it also includes a unique interface that allows complete query management for a contact center, automatic caller identification by phone, etc. number or e-mail address. And last but not least, their references really impressed us, thus making our decision-making process much easier. Overall, there was a tender for which InSky applied and it was selected among many different implementors.

Technologies which were used were solely based on Microsoft’s tools, with key deliverable being to completely change the way our contact center works, switching from, as already mentioned, reactive service to proactive service. With the expansion of the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution by implementing ContactInSky, campaign management process was also additionally improved, and a 360-member view also became available. Worth mentioning is the fact that the 360-member view enabled us to have all member’s needs and wants in one place.

There were 7 people from the vendor’s team: 2 Business consultant, 2 Developers, 2 Technical Consultant, 1 Architect.

All these implementations have resulted in automated and upgraded marketing and sales processes and complete digitalization of this part of the business. Furthermore, solutions as the loyalty program allowed for increase in customer satisfaction, whereas marketing automatization provided possibility for better customer targeting and more efficient marketing processes (e.g., monthly newsletter). It also allows us to track the interests and potential customers, which in turn makes it possible to improve our business strategy.

The timeline was respected and the communication between InSky and us was efficient, all bottlenecks were resolved in a timely manner. All communication tools and integration processes were done through Microsoft products.

PHOENIX Farmacija, one of the leading pharmaceutical wholesalers in Croatia, is a member of the PHOENIX Group, a leading European pharmaceutical wholesaler.
Phoenix Farmacija has implemented our customized CRM solution that incorporates their loyalty program. In addition to our loyalty program, LoyaltyInSky, Phoenix has been using our ContactInSky solutions for call center management which includes mailing, telephony and agent management and tracking. 
InSky has developed a mobile application as an extension to the Loyalty program application so end users can have easier access to their offers and services.

### CRM system for manufacturing client
RASCO is a manufacturer of equipment for the maintenance of traffic infrastructures based in Kalinovac, near Đurđevac. From a small garage workshop in 1990, RASCO evolved into one of Europe’s foremost manufacturers of utility equipment.
We have identified a need to align technology stack with its impressive pace of business development and we wanted to connect all processes. Therefore, we teamed up with InSky to roll out a Dynamics 365 in Cloud. The overall goal was to pave the way for more expansion and innovation within a rapidly changing business environment.
InSky was selected among interested companies via tender. The most deciding factor after the tender itself for selecting InSky was that they were a domestic company which based their solutions and offers on Microsoft’s newest technologies. Microsoft’s ease of integration made it the best and fastest fit for us, plus the system’s available features – namely its end-to-end tracking and monitoring capabilities.

Hotel Moskva, an architectural gem of Russian secession, changed the look of Belgrade forever and soon became a favorite meeting place for Belgrade, the Balkan and world elites. I have been working at Hotel Moskva as the Sales Director.

The efficiency and effectiveness of agents has increased, and communication and guest satisfaction have improved. The process of making offers from the system has been simplified and facilitated depending on the availability of accommodation units. Additional advantages of integration are guest focus, conversion orientation in relation to sent offers and realized reservations, possibility to choose several languages and currencies, possibility to set various tariff plans, possibility to manage various discounts and additional services and ease of using the platform.
