What they do is that they arrange our QuickBooks app for us, so we don’t have to enter information into multiple databases. We enter the information to Salesforce, and it’ll go to QuickBooks and our estimating software with one click. They also set up synchronization between all of the calendars we use.

Our main point of contact has been Nav (Salesforce Account Manager). There are also around five people working on the project, from account representatives to developers.
How did you come to work with 360 Degree Cloud?
We found them on Upwork. We gave them a chance because their pricing was almost half of what we were paying at that moment, and they assured us that they could provide the same quality of work for us.

We’ve invested around $5,000 with them so far.

We’re a consulting partner for NetSuite and Salesforce. We offer implementation, custom development, and consulting services for both products. We have 35 people working full time and 15 additional administrative people and contractors that we bring into various projects.

What challenge were you trying to address with 360 Degree Cloud?
A client of ours was building a custom portal and backend process to clean firefighting equipment, and we were building out a Salesforce community site for that client.
One of our employees, a technical developer, left in the middle of the project, so we reached out to 360 Degree Cloud to fill the gap and help us with some of the technical work.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
360 Degree Cloud has been helping us not only design but also build out our client’s frontend web functionality. This Salesforce community custom web frontend is basically a customized website interface that customers can interact with.
There, customers can submit orders to get their equipment cleaned, and our client can submit the pricing, work on the orders, update the order status, and arrange the equipment pick up. 360 Degree Cloud has helped us implement various types of functionalities around that area.
We provided them with all the documentation and did the backend design for them to see how everything was working. Then, 360 Degree Cloud came in to do the actual development.
They’ve used Salesforce Experience Cloud and built a Lightning web component using the Salesforce Lightning platform. We’ve also had to build custom web components for all aspects of the site, and 360 Degree Cloud has helped us make them all come together.
Their work has been based on some wireframe designs and mockups that another company did for us. They didn’t help us specifically in designing the theming, but they helped us put all the elements together.
What is the team composition?
We work with an account manager, a developer, and a UX engineer.
How did you come to work with 360 Degree Cloud?
I believe that we found them through Upwork or another platform similar to it. We interviewed them along with a few other people and felt that they had high availability and resources capable of coming in and assisting us — we went with them because they could ramp up immediately.

We’ve invested around $25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2021, and our engagement is coming to an end. We have around two weeks of work left.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our client has been able to go live with this project and have their first beta customer using their system. They were also able to replicate the designs as we have them built.
How did 360 Degree Cloud perform from a project management standpoint?
From a project management standpoint, 360 Degree Cloud has been pretty good. They’ve been consistently and continuously checking in with us about the project and staying in touch to let us know where their resources are at.
At some point, we had issues regarding speed, and they were able to stay on top of it and react quickly. The team is very responsive, and they’re always available for every meeting — that’s really good. We mostly communicate via Slack and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The best aspect about working with 360 Degree Cloud is that they’ve been very available and responsive. They’ve listened to our requirements very well and made sure that things are set up to be successful.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only issue I’ve experienced working with 360 Degree Cloud was around the speed. However, I believe that it was a communication issue from our end. Once we escalated it to them and let them know that we wanted to see a faster development pace, they increased the speed of things and got engaged pretty well.

For what projects/services did your company hire 360 Degree Cloud, and what were your goals?
We needed to integrate our Salesforce instance with a partner's platform via API. This would streamline our data entry process improve accuracy/efficiency.

How did you select 360 Degree Cloud and what were the deciding factors?
I interviewed multiple companies and received as many quotes. I am already a customer of 360 Degree Cloud's SMS 360 product for Salesforce so I decided to ask them for a quote.
The process with 360 Degree Cloud was professional and organized. Their approach to the process and competitive bid was the deciding factor.

Scope included a custom endpoint for the external partner to post a response as well as multiple APIs to get information from the partner.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
My experience started with the company founder for the initial project estimate and I interacted with 2 more people during the project development and rollout (developer and business analyst).
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The final project resulted in the automation of 40% of our daily data entry which frees up our team to focus on higher value-adding projects.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Communication was mostly done through Skype chatting and some video calls. This worked best because of the time differense (IST vs. PST). They were always willing to be available when a call was necessary to go over details or troubleshoot issues.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The ability of 360 Degree Cloud to quickly understand a unique business use case and develop a solution within a short timeframe was the most impressive. I was unfamiliar with the platform and 360 Degree Cloud made me feel confident we were making the right decisions.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I don't have any recommendations for improvement.

Upwork.com, we had 2 other main considerations but they met our price point and were very professional

It was a software project.
We have evolved the project a lot to make new tools with their support. It started as just an integration with web forms and data migration. The scope was over my head and so i need to get the experts. 360 Degree Cloud brought the professionalism we wanted.
What was the team composition?
About 6-7 people and others behind the scenes. They were able to grow and put in new team members as we scaled.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
So far the techology is what we expected and we are starting to get better matches now.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Mostly good
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their ability to do work quickly and execut on a large variety of CRM related task types. Very flexible.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Project management is always an issue and the language barrier was somewhat difficult in the beginning, but we have a really good system going now and a project manager who is doing great.

As we had two days to move from one platform to the new Salesforce platform without an inhouse IT support team we basically needed them to transfer the existing data, set up the new system, train the team as quickly as possible which they did.

We looked for contractors who had prior Salesforce knowledge particularly in the area of Travel.

Export of information from our current DESK.com platform into Salesforce. Complete the import of all our agents information and provide a working solution for our team to adapt certain Q's, automated responses and dashboard reporting.

One main contact (co-ordinator) and then we had two of the same contractors working on the project.

The team made suggestions to us and work arounds that would cost less money whereby we didn't have to add in other apps to work along side our current Salesforce Set up

Excellent. Always available to assist.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Extremely knowlegable in the IT sector. I have worked with other IT contractors so I was weary about the level of English, however this was not a problem. All of the contractors we came across were fluent in English.
Are there any areas for improvement?
None that I can suggest. We were extremely happy with all they did for us and we highly recommend them. We would not hesitate in putting more projects their way in the future.

Pardot does provide life cycle reporting nor actions on google re-marketing clicks. We could see the data existed, but could not access it.
We spoke with four expensive consultants about this and none offered satisfactory solutions. Cloud360 understood the problem and was confident in working with the Pardot API to succeed.
Their solution was exactly what we needed and we later signed on for more projects.

They were efficient with plenty of technical expertise. We liked them so much, we have hired them for many more projects since.

Skype is principal, but they also now communicate via Zoho Cliq for addressing user errors. Also, Gsuite.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They know what they are doing, period. We have worked with others, but the technical expertise is so limited.
Here we have a project manager who understands the default tools, but also knows when it is best to utilize APEX and APIs.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We are delighted with them. As I said, we have since hired them for many more projects.
