      They always deliver quality work and never miss a deadline. They listen to me and have my back when something goes wrong. I’ve never had to worry about them, check in, or ask for anything twice. We just talk about it, and they do it, which is incredibly rare. There are three things that distinguish them. First and foremost, they know Amazon and its environment inside and out. I’ve thrown some fairly complex requirements at them, and they haven’t even batted an eye. Everything has been delivered to that ultimate level of expertise without fail.

      We follow AzureDevOps for Sprint planning. We created separate projects in our Azure Portal for the projects we ran with Imenso. For each project, we laid out the documentation and scope of work and Imenso team gave us the timeline and estimates. The way we saw progress was the estimations, costing and if the project is finishing in the given timeline. We had over 80% of success rate with Imenso in terms of timelines. We liked their dedication, transparency, honesty and sincerity. The CEO Mr Jimmy is also very sincere and was always there if any matter needed his decision.
