I'm the Technical Project manager here. We help local agencies and states with in united states with their e-filing needs. We provide the blueprint based on the local rules and their current infrastructure to implement the e-filing in their jurisdiction.

We needed a platform where we can provide e-filing services to our stakeholders. We needed a technical partner/company who can help us convert our business idea into working software.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched on LinkedIn and various job portals and found 3-4 companies. We had a Zoom call with all of them and we select TechFocre because of their prior knowledge of similar work. Their cost was also reasonable.

We signed the NDA and then provided the requirements with all the material. Techforce helped us create the comprehensive Functional Specification Document that we both signed off on. The techforce manager was very involved with us and kept us up-to-date on project status. Technology Stack: React JS, Java, My SQL Server, Cloud hosting

I was working with their Delivery Manager. There were Project Leaders and Software engineers during the group call.

The end-user application was created in time as promised. That helped us go live within our planned date. The admin site application took a little more than planned due to the added requirements and change requests from our end.

We had weekly group call for status. The project progress was conveyed daily over email. clickup.com was for project management.

They are very easy to work with and very responsive. They can accommodate your change requirement very quickly.

They can focus more on region-specific customization to the software.

We were bel to launch our product which is now used for processing eCommerce payments for our customers. The delivery includes a high amount of functionality for all payment processing needs.
