• Improving our current set of dashboards in terms of UI/UX and implementing new features for a better customer experience 

Build new Tableau dashboards for our clients. key deliverables:

• Getting data from our data sources 
• Cleaning/building query tables on top of our data 
• Delivering a final dashboard for our data analysis 
• Setup up daily refresh and access management

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The Tableau Dashboard that they delivered was very compelling and visually appealing with attention to detail at every pixel. Their visualisation skills are unmatched. 
• Their suggestions to certain client requirements were very great and we needed help with implementing a specific data download feature for our reports. The UX and implementation of this feature were seamlessly integrated into our existing workflow dashboard and were liked very much by our clients 
• Their analysis of raw data during our new dashboard development was very helpful and guided us through every step of issues that we needed to fix at every step. 
• Overall, we enjoyed working with their Tableau Developer team and their process of delivering a project.

Objective: The objective of this project is to create a comprehensive data dashboard that consolidates information from various platforms, allowing us to track live data in a single platform. The dashboard will provide real-time insights and enable efficient monitoring of key metrics and performance indicators. This document outlines the specific data tracking requirements for the dashboard. Automation Requirements: 

1. Get Google Ads data automatically in the dashboard: 
   1. Daily tracking of the following values: 
      1. Clicks: Total clicks received on each campaign. 
      2. Impressions: Total impressions received on each campaign. 
      3. CTR: Average click-through rate of each campaign. 
      4. CPC: Average cost per click of each campaign. 
      5. Bookings: Online bookings made through each campaign. 
      6. Phone Calls: Phone calls generated from each campaign. 
      7. Lead Forms: Leads generated through campaigns connected with lead forms.

2. Get Google Analytics data automatically in the dashboard: 
   1. Daily tracking of the following metrics: 
      1. Traffic. 
      2. Traffic medium: Visitors coming from each medium such as organic, paid, social, direct, etc.
