We incorporated co-dev assets onto our teams to augment our team size. They have been operating as a traditional developer, working on tickets and delivering code.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were able to quickly get them up to speed on our code stack and they began to deliver at the rate of some other developers already on the team within a month or two.

They regularly delivered their tasks on time. And anytime they did not, they were quick to make corrections and get back on schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have always been good communicators and easy to work with. I have appreciated their professionalism. We have worked with them for a long time, and kept their assets on our team for much longer than one of co-devs traditional collaborators. To us, they are a part of our team.
Are there any areas for improvement or something CoDev could have done differently?
At times, the connection between us and the direct talent supervisor hosted in the Phillipines is sparse. I have also heard some of our co-dev team members sometimes mention how that supervisor changes semi-frequently. More stability there would be helpful.

Nursa started working with CoDev to add some variety in the hours we could offer customer service to our app users. We have a goal of going to 24/7 coverage. We still aren't quite there, but our CoDev agents have started to fill in shifts that are helping us close the gap of hours that we are not available. CoDev also offered workforce solutions at a cost-effective price point for us to add extra customer service resources.

Workload- Our queues for phones, chats, and emails are being resolved more quickly
Metrics- Each individual agent from CoDev is held to performance metrics, and they have done an excellent job meeting these criteria

I love the hiring/screening process. We appreciate the effort put in by our CSM McKenzie in finding candidates that may be a good fit for the Nursa culture, and then allowing us to interview/screen them is awesome. It gives us some discretion in hiring from a pool of great candidates. CoDev sets itself apart from competitors with this approach.

Data cleanliness is determined by the absence of data in some reporting and also no data above assigned thresholds in other reports. Successful completion of quick projects.

We have met as planned with CoDev regularly and felt very comfortable with their transparency of process and information related to our agreement. They immediately respond to questions and concerns and check in frequently to maintain a high level of satisfaction. The project has gone extremely well and we are very happy working with CoDev.
