We hired Big Chalk to develop a product suite of applications to generate custom reporting that replicates the current insights and/or applications, as closely as possible. The product suite will initially be comprised of the following core reports:

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project will begin with Technical Onboarding, where the development team will familiarize themselves with the AWS Technical stack and architecture. An environment setup will be completed by the Big Chalk development team, with the assistance of our IT, to facilitate code promotion path and ensure development, QA, production, and staging environments are in place. 

The development team will adhere to our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes throughout the project, which will be executed using Agile methodology. The project will be divided into Sprints, each spanning two weeks, and managed using our project management tool. The project will be divided into high-level components, with data ingestion being the first component. 

Data Ingestion will be accomplished by ingesting DAR and LTV/CTV data into a Custom Analytics Data Lake, prepping and cleaning the data, and creating an Analytic Data Dictionary. Data Transformation & Augmentation will involve transforming DAR, LTV, and CTV data for de-duplication and augmenting and enriching the Model Input data for Analytical Readiness. 

Data De-duplication will involve deduplication of Raw Data Files, Linear TV, Digital Mobile, Digital Desktop, Connected TV, and Demographic Info. Data Integration will involve integrating Model result data with other Data sources to produce Report data, and performing QC and Validation of Model results and final output. Finally, the Data Science & Analytics component will utilize the data to develop analytical models and perform analytical activities.

Overall, the project will involve technical onboarding, environment setup, adherence to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, Agile methodology, and the completion of several high-level components, including Data Ingestion, Data Transformation & Augmentation, Data De-duplication, Data Integration, and Data Science & Analytics.

The success of the project can be measured by the completion of the following high-level components:

As a product owner, I am pleased to report that Big Chalk's project management has significantly contributed to our project's success. One of the areas Big Chalk can improve on is their ability to properly utilize all of their resources (right work/right team) and be able to describe what each resource is working on.
