Our aim was to create an app which brings together users and charities on one platform. The key feature we asked for were as follows:

Timeline where users get an update from charities they follow in the form of posts / pictures / videos on projects they are working on.
Ability to track donations
Search for their favourite charities and countries their projects are running in.
Make quick donations on the timeline
Make one-off orset up recurring donations.

The key measurable outcome for us was the quality of the work done, which was always of the best quality.

Timeframes did move but that was expected as we would request changes following extensive phases of testing. From the outset we said we would like to prioritise a good quality product and getting things right but late than wrong but on time and they were fantastic at following this. Periodic updates were provided and meetings held to discuss timeframes and updates.

That we found someone as trustworthy and reliable as the people in this company whilst delivering a quality product within a very reasonable budget.

Having the ability to showcase assets they have previously developed will put them in a better position when pitching themselves to new clients. This will come as they develop more apps.
