      I have a daily standup call with them, where I talk to the whole team. We also have a bi-weekly management call. We use Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. We appreciate that they re-evaluated the technologies they'd used in past projects to see if they’d be the right fit for this project. There was an error in transparency on both of our sides, which resulted in the only option being a developer who wasn’t immediately available.

Saif has been upfront with our timeline, but the process took longer than expected because of unforeseeable events. They are good communicators, and they did an excellent job telling us about pain points and problems. I’ve never been in the dark about anything — they are very transparent with delays and give updated timelines. We’ve communicated through emails and phone calls.

      We communicate through email and Slack in between meetings. We can trust Blank Space to manage projects independently with the client; we are not involved in their day-to-day operations. For the most part, I know they meet their deadlines. Our clients are delighted with Blank Space's timelines and deliverables. Blank Space has that sweet spot of being rigid enough that whatever they’re doing for project management is still successful. At the same time, they are also flexible enough that they can pivot to deal with our client’s needs and concerns.
