For us we found that their project management style fitted in with us. I was able to call, text or email when needed and would get answers. It was a very stressful project for me at times and JDD never took it personally or got flustered but always managed to calmly explain what they were doing. Everything on this project has constantly changed and never once has Jamie said no, not possible or not delivered.
