Talk Think Do is a UK custom software development company based in Bournemouth, Dorset. Since 2014 we have designed, built, and supported bespoke software on Microsoft Azure for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), mid-market companies, and enterprise organisations.
Our core stack is C#, .NET, React, and React Native on Azure. We use AI-augmented development, with every change reviewed by senior engineers, and we measure delivery at 40 to 50% faster than traditional bespoke build.
What we do:
- Custom software development: web, cloud, and mobile applications built for how your organisation works
- Managed application support: SLA-backed support for live systems, including software another supplier built
- Legacy application modernisation: moving older .NET and SQL Server systems onto modern Azure platforms
- Development partner transition: taking over a business-critical system from an outgoing supplier
- AI development: Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search, including document assistants with governance and cost tracking
We often take on systems we did not build. When an original developer has left or an agency relationship ends, we audit the code, document it, and move it into supported, SLA-backed operation.
We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner with designations in Digital and App Innovation (Azure) and Infrastructure (Azure), plus the DevOps with GitHub on Azure specialisation. We are ISO 27001 certified, Cyber Essentials Plus certified, and a Government Commercial Agency supplier on G-Cloud 15 and DOS 7.
Clients include the Department for Education, Hachette Learning, Explore Learning, CalMac Ferries, Avios, Third Space, and Livestock Information Services.

Our Story
Talk Think Do was founded in 2014 to be the software partner we always wanted to work with: trusted, expert and invested in outcomes. We're a UK team that designs, builds and supports bespoke cloud-native software for organisations where the cost of failure matters, across education, government, transport, and sport and fitness. Our senior engineers use AI-assisted tools within an ISO 27001-certified framework, and our management team is still directly involved in every project.
