      Recently, we’ve been getting toward the end of a project. They’re in India, and with COVID, they’ve seen a lot of power outages, Wi-Fi outages, and even illnesses. The team was a little frazzled and missed a deadline, which wasn’t a big deal, but one of the owners stepped in to assure me it wouldn’t happen again and that they would fix it. It was a really great back and forth, and demonstrated that they care about me as a client. I thought that honesty and forthcomingness was fantastic.

      The most significant success has been the migration to Expo. App Sapiens are officially partnered with Expo and so were able to handle the migration quickly and seamlessly. The end result is that the upgrade time to new React Native versions has gone from a few engineering days to around 30 minutes, and the time it takes to get new code from the developer on to a users device has gone from a few days to a few minutes. By fully managing the challenges of app development, App Sapiens has allowed us to focus on our business and product goals.
