Mainly, launching the re-branded app with additional new user journeys in time for World Refill Day, our global awareness campaign. Project management has been excellent, from keeping me up to date with regular slack messages and daily huddles the progress has been swift and I have had complete faith in the team. Keeping to tight timelines has been well managed, by keeping the scope realistic and always having a plan-b or worst case scenario plan in place. Overall work has been delivered within the projected time-frame and we have often achieved more than initially planned which I have been so pleased for, making the projects even better value for money.

For instance, in September 2022, we had external client issues with our site. Software Solved met with me, my business partners, and external clients to devise a solution. For context, we had issues with different screens and wanted to make them better. Ultimately, we met our external clients’ needs. On top of that, the team has been highly communicative. We have weekly calls with them. If we have add-on goals, they arrange stand-up calls to discuss them. In other words, they’re adaptable. Further, they’ve been extremely flexible with our needs. As an example of their flexibility, we previously had to do a change order on our statement of work (SOW). While I was working on having the change order process signed by the procurement team, the Software Solved team flexibly worked on some items for me.
