How I work: you work directly with me, not an account manager. Every build starts with a fixed-scope two-week discovery sprint that ends with a working prototype on your data, and the build is quoted to that scope.

I'm Nic Chin, an independent AI consultant and fractional CTO based in the UK, consulting since 2023. I founded Bitto Tech in 2018 and have since designed and shipped 13 production AI systems.
