we hired Imcrinox technologies to develop a multivendor e-commerce platform for fashion products. Imcrinox technologies was responsible for developing custom website, Native IOS and android app in english and arabic.

the project management process of Imcrinox was spectacular. the detailed timeline enabled me to live track the project status and the JIRA account enabled me to view each assigned tasks for upcoming week. the project was delivered ontime.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with the team's technical know-how about the industry. Mr karthik (project manager assigned to my project) was hands on with every step of project development. Imcrinox also consulted me to choose the befitting technology for my business. Imcrinox provided 360 solution. they not only delivered what was promised but also helped me in getting other thirdparties like payment gateway and sms gatway.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Imcrinox could have done differently?

one feedback is that the dev team works as per IST. becuase of which sometimes i had to wait till next day morning to get the response.. it will be better if the project manager can work as per the client timings. none the less. this did not affect the project timeline or the deliverables.
