We hired Red Software to design and develop both a cross-platform mobile application and a web-based admin dashboard using FlutterFlow and Google Firebase. The project included end-to-end services from initial requirements gathering and UI/UX design to development, deployment, and post-launch support. The mobile app was built for both iOS and Android, featuring user authentication, real-time data syncing, media handling, and push notifications. The admin dashboard will allow our team to manage our operation, users, and reports efficiently, with a large selection of custom tools including ones for data filtering, editing, and export.

Red software ensured seamless workflows, responsive design, and scalable architecture. They also supported us with App Store and Play Store deployment, training, and comprehensive documentation. The final deliverables included a polished mobile app, a functional admin panel, and a fully connected backend infrastructure ready for growth.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered outcomes that clearly demonstrated progress and success. We successfully launched the mobile app on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, achieving full functionality across platforms with no major post-launch issues. Our internal admin dashboard has streamlined operations significantly— massively reducing manual data entry time and enabling real-time updates across our company. Automated workflows, have eliminated redundant tasks and improved data accuracy. Additionally, the integration of push notifications and real-time user management has enhanced employee engagement and reinforced standard operating procedures. The transition from originally using google spreadsheets to a fully dynamic front and backend has been a major leap in scalability and efficiency for our team.

The RedSoftware Team demonstrated solid project management throughout the project. They followed consistent sprint cycles, which helped structure the development process and keep progress transparent. Communication was smooth and responsive through Slack and email. Figma was used for design collaboration and feedback. While a few items took slightly longer due to scope changes and project complexity, the team delivered most milestones on time and communicated clearly about any delays. They were receptive to feedback, flexible with evolving requirements, and often provided proactive solutions that aligned with our goals. Overall, their structured approach and responsiveness made the collaboration efficient and productive. This is saying something as they were designing two applications for us simultaneously?

What impressed us most about RedSoftware was their willingness to deeply understand our unique and often unconventional system requirements. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, they took the time to explore the complexities of our workflow and business logic. Their ability to quickly iterate, problem-solve, and adapt to evolving needs made them stand out. Through a dedicated project manager, they didn’t just execute tasks—they collaborated thoughtfully and offered creative, practical solutions that aligned with our vision. That level of engagement and technical flexibility was a key factor in the success of the project. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Red Software Development could have done differently?

Overall, we have had a very positive experience, with our end products being beyond what we had hoped.  but there are a couple of areas where RedSoftware Development could improve. First, while their communication was generally strong, there were a few instances where we would have appreciated earlier notice when delays were likely. Proactive communication around timeline changes would have helped with planning on our side. That said, they have been always responsive when we reached out and willing to help when asked. These small improvements would take their already solid service to the next level!
