The achievements in the project have been tremendous by this company. The key points which led the project to the completion stage are the website management from scratch, the development of the application, and most importantly the establishment of the workflow in the system for a user-friendly experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was based on establishing the online consultation of the doctors with the users. To mainly focus on the end users' comfortability who used the system.

The essential factor that drew my attention to their team is their project management and task allocation accordingly. The project manager was very well aware of my needs and deliverables. All my communication was through the alternate meetings. And, the project manager was responding to all my communications. 

The team allocated was very efficient in their work and the work was really at a high pace towards completion. I was getting the best recommendations from the team on critical parts by which the users' experience could be enhanced. At last, my project was totally built up by Techsaga only.

The most unique feature which attracted me to the project handover was the project development and recommendations on the crucial parts to improve the perspectives of users. The key impressive factor was the task achievability on time and completion under deadline dates.

For me, there weren't any loose points from the Techsaga end. All the issues were reported at that instant only and the task were completed very efficiently.
