We partnered with Converge Labs to take AirMedia from a concept to a full-fledged, AI-powered social media marketing platform. The scope of work covered everything from initial discovery and technical planning to designing the user experience and building the entire product from the ground up.

Converge Labs was responsible for the full product lifecycle:
They started by helping us clarify our business goals and translating them into clear technical requirements. Their team designed the user interface, developed both the backend and frontend, and built custom AI modules to generate, schedule, and optimize social media content. The platform also includes analytics dashboards, user management, subscription and billing features, and robust security.

Key deliverables included a user-friendly web app, an integrated AI content engine, scheduling and posting automation across major social channels, real-time analytics, and scalable cloud infrastructure. Throughout the process, Converge Labs handled project management, QA testing, and ongoing support.

Their deep expertise in both software engineering and AI made a huge difference, and they were proactive in solving challenges as they came up. We felt like they truly owned the project as if it were their own product.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the most significant outcomes from our partnership with Converge Labs was our rapid user growth: we reached 300 users within the first three months after launch. This exceeded our initial projections and demonstrated strong market interest in AirMedia. In addition, we saw high engagement rates, positive user feedback on the AI content features, and stable platform performance from day one. These results validated both the technical execution and product-market fit, and gave us the confidence to continue scaling with Converge Labs as our development partner.
