  • Developed smart contracts for delegating voting power, allowing efficient governance participation.
• Off-chain: 
  • Developed a backend system for managing weekly epoch transitions, ensuring smooth protocol operations.
• Front-end: 
  • Designed a unique UI for a ve(3,3) DEX with concentrated liquidity, enhancing user experience.
  • Integrated frontend with on-chain smart contracts for seamless interaction.
  • Implemented both desktop and mobile responsive layouts.
• NFT: 
  • Created two distinct NFT collections with detailed artwork.
  • Developed and deployed smart contracts for NFT minting and management.

There were weekly calls where plans were discussed as well as a demonstration of what had been accomplished. All the work was delivered with very little outside the red line

  • A solution to bring NFTs from Ethereum to Bitcoin in the form of Ordinals. Included a 5step process :
    • verifying EVM wallet ownership ( owner of the NFT )
    • verifying taproot wallet 
    • selecting NFT(s) to be bridged
    • selecting the fee (low/mid/high)
    • tracking the tx
• Marketplace : 
  • Ability to list current ordinals for sale, to de-list if needed and of course to adjust price
  • Custom filters to select all / only bridged assets
  • Ability to buy/sell ordinals freely, in a decentralized manner

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had weekly meetings and were always updated with the current progress of the development .

The project management done by Stepan was great. He can lead his team quite good. Delays happened, as they always do, but were handled admirably and it was understandable because mostly they happened because of personal emergencies.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How quickly they grasps the concept, without needing to have countless endless calls to explain even the most little thing. Those guys get it rather quickly, which is important to us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BlackStack could have done differently?
