The scope of work focused on designing and delivering a proof of concept for an elderly portal that could support safer and more proactive care for older adults. Kornhill Services Limited helped define the technical approach, proposed the required hardware and software components, and developed a POC covering several key areas: fall prevention and detection, GPS and indoor location tracking, cognitive function monitoring, and contactless physiological health monitoring. 

Key deliverables included a fall detection concept using computer vision, pressure sensing, and accelerometer data; a location-tracking concept with GPS, Bluetooth beacons, geofencing, and SOS alerting; a cognitive monitoring concept using speech capture, transcription, NLP analysis, and scoring; and a contactless health monitoring concept using temperature sensing, camera-based heart rate detection, environmental monitoring, dashboards, and caregiver alerts. The POC was intended to demonstrate technical feasibility, real-time processing, multi-sensor integration, alert workflows, and a practical foundation for future product development

The main measurable outcome was the successful validation of key proof-of-concept functions for the elderly portal. Progress was demonstrated by showing that the proposed solution could support real-time fall detection using camera, pressure, and accelerometer inputs; capture and transmit GPS data; provide indoor positioning and geofencing alerts; and support emergency SOS workflows. The proposal also defined measurable technical targets such as location accuracy within approximately 3–5 metres and contactless temperature readings within ±0.5°C

KSL provided a comprehensive AI Architecture roadmap and implementation to automate Learning Platform for Generation Slash. The goal was to integrate Agentic workflows with their legacy systems to improve operational efficiency by 30%

KSL was engaged to deliver an end-to-end AI transformation for our educational platform. The scope was divided into three critical phases:

1. Architectural Audit and Roadmap: A deep-dive assessment of our legacy database and content structure to identify automation bottlenecks. KSL designed a bespoke AI roadmap that prioritized high-ROI workflows.
