We engaged Outliers to assist in the design and development of an augmented reality (AR) proof of concept for our major luxury jewellery client. This encompassed formulating a strategic approach, designing the user experience, and technically implementing an AR feature seamlessly integrated into the brand's existing e-commerce website. 

Throughout the collaboration, the key deliverables included a comprehensive strategy document outlining the implementation of AR technology, a meticulously crafted user experience design tailored to the luxury brand's identity, and the successful technical integration of the AR feature into the e-commerce platform.

The measurable outcomes from our collaboration with Outliers on the augmented reality (AR) proof of concept project were significant, demonstrating substantial progress and success. A notable achievement was witnessing our envisioned AR solution successfully coming to life. This not only showcased the technical proficiency of the Outliers team but also revealed that implementing the solution at scale was more feasible than initially anticipated.

Additionally, the proof of concept served as a compelling showcase piece. We presented it to other partners and clients, eliciting strong interest in similar projects. The brief was was to create a digital catalog app for our luxury events business. This initiative aimed to transition from traditional PDFs and physical booklets to a digital format, allowing customers to independently explore event-related products and services. The digital catalog app features an interactive product display, real-time availability checks, customer reviews and ratings for insights, multimedia integration, and an event inspiration gallery.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The digital catalog has been well-received by customers and has distinguished us from competitors who still use paper-based methods. It has also streamlined the event planning process, particularly in requirements gathering.

The project began with a 2 week discovery to define the vision, design, and technical direction. This was followed by two months of design and development, and a subsequent four-week period for content creation. We required someone with a strategic perspective. They had a balanced experience of startups and enterprise. Describe project in detail: 

• The task was to create an digital platform that facilitates the asset management and transaction for water assets in the US 
• The phases include MVP discovery, foundational UX and MVO build 
• The solution include Dashboard, reporting, Asset profiles, asset management, 
• Web app platform made on Blockchain 
• Project was completely remote - we were so surprised about how effective they were during all phases of product development

The project was completed and is currently being piloted with a select few organizations. In addition the application was handed over to our in-house dev team successful and we are developing features based on a detailed backlog and roadmap defined by Outliers.
