They helped us retrieve over 200 documents from IBM FileNet that we lost during the conversion. They didn't charge us for all of the extra work required to develop an extraction tool. Show him everything. Initially, I had a plan of what I wanted to have done, but instead of just showing him the plan, I decided to show him the whole process of how we work. That way he has a full understanding of how to do it instead of being like a robot and just fixing the one thing that I thought.
