[Our company is] located in Cape Town, South Africa. It is brand new way of looking at mobile payments, specifically catered to industry verticals who can work while on the move like painters, plumbers, and electricians. We offer mobile point-of-sale solution, which enables diverse enterprises to accept debit and credit card transactions from anywhere any time.

What was your goal for working with i-PhoneDeveloper?

The primary goal was to get out-of-the-box application developed with latest technologies and advanced features, which can help all sized businesses to have on-the-go or on-the-fly transactions more efficiently.

I had to look for various iPhone app development companies who can meet with my expectations of utility app, business goals, and real-time transactions. We settled on i-PhoneDeveloper.

Please describe the scope of their work.

[Our] iPhone application was put together quickly. i-PhoneDeveloper had come up with an idea to intensify this application more efficiently by providing an iPhone visual of the UI [user interface] and process, which would take place during the process of a smartphone transaction and to display that the chip card reader hardware is functional. They did an entire development from analysis to execution with maintenance and support services, keeping in mind the primary goal of this app.

Is the project completed?

The app project is completed successfully. The developers and programmers at i-PhoneDeveloper were just outstanding. They had implemented every feature and specification as per our requirements. So, our relationship is certainly ongoing as they had completed the major steps within the stipulated time.

Do you have any statistics to track improvement from the project?

As of now, I don't have any. There were negligible improvements required for [the app], which were performed adeptly by the team of i-PhoneDeveloper.

Is there anything distinctive about them that really make them stand out, compared to other companies?

I was pleased with their extra efforts shown to accomplish it. I would say i-PhoneDeveloper stands different from other companies because of its strong, dedicated iPhone app development team, their positive inclination towards the goal, assurance of work with quality, consistency, and transparent communication.

Which were the key features of the app that make this iPhone application unique?

The key features include accepting PIN and Chip debit and credit cards; transactions through Tender card and cash; sending customers' receipts through SMS [short message service] or mail; enter PIN numbers using separate touch keypad; track business performance; compare performance of business through "My business analytics"; internal LED and battery status indicator; and no Bluetooth required.

Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think they could improve upon or that you might do differently?

Nothing specific that we could point out as a part of improvement as we are satisfied with their work and encouraging feedback we have got for [the app] so far.

I am the proprietor of the company. I manage all our operations.

What were your goals for the work with i-Phonedeveloper?

We were looking forward for a cutting-edge website as well as mobile application for the Android platform. Hence, this was one of the elementary challenges. We were expecting a state-of-the-art application that works for both mobile users as well as website users.

i-Phonedeveloper was recommended to us by one of our business associates who had already worked with them previously and was quite impressed with them. Further, while researching a bit more online, we could gather sufficient information from their official website.

How did i-Phonedeveloper perform?

The i-Phonedeveloper was fantastic to work with. We were quite impressed with their developer's knowledge. The designers were also pros, and a few of them were amazing. We are totally delighted with the end-product.

Which were the special features of elogbook, which makes this Utility Android mobile application excellent?

They were the availability of barcode scan patrols and assets; the possibility of NFC scanning being possible using this app; customers’ signatures being able to be collected on the fly; users can synchronize time sheets automatically; and PDF reports and sheets can be emailed.

Is there anything unique about them that really makes them distinctive, compared to other companies?

Their methodology of delivering work without any loopholes is a unique factor. They started from the beginning and, even then with their pre-determined proper process, they covered each phase systematically, and we actually enjoyed working with them.

Looking back on the work done by i-Phonedeveloper so far, can you mention any area of improvement or something that could have been done differently?

[There is] nothing specific that we could point out as area of improvement. Actually, we are happy with them and got value for the money spent.
