Given a DLL which converts a specific PDF legal document with lots of data into an Excel file. The scope of the project was to develop a web application which provides this service to customers charging for the service, keeping track of payments and customers. The front end was developed in WordPress and the backend was deployed with Azure.

Quality control.

Communication was directly with the manager who conveyed the missions to the staff. Items were delivered but not properly tested. Satisfactory results were delivered after a few iterations. They responded promptly to every request.

I hired Ecode to provide a frontend developer. The goal was to build a react app for our client.

At the end of the project we got a full fledge application that was used by active customers.

The resource was time efficient and communicated blockers and concerns at a very early stage. This would save a lot of time.

For ecode their word is their bond. They would make sure the project is running smoothly and on any issues they would resolve them very quickly.

None. They are the best.

We hired Ecode Dash to develop a CRM Application

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We discovered Ecode Dash on Upwork and selected it for a number of reasons, including: (a) experience and expertise working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform and CRM applications; and (b) its responsiveness to our initial inquiry and follow-up questions.

The Power Automate project consisted of creating a custom connector for our practice management application and a scheduled flow that pulls in data from our practice management application and sends an email to each client listing any open invoices. The Dynamics 365 project, which is ongoing, consists of developing a custom solution to conform Dynamics 365 to our firm's needs, practices and procedures.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team has not changed over time, except when necessary to add additional subject matter expertise. I believe the Power Automate project consisted of a one or two person team, but the Dynamics 365 project team is five or six. I have always interacted with an assigned project manager as my single point of contact. Consequently, coordination and communication have always been (and continue to be) easy.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The long-term impact will be profound because these projects have shown us that, regardless of our firm's small size, it is possible for us to have a custom practice management system that perfectly fits our needs. We do not need to settle for OTB solutions because Ecode Dash’s expertise, combined with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, makes custom solutions a reality for small firms. The possibilities are limitless.

We have been assigned a project manager as our primary point of contact. It has been perfectly effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Initially, we were (and still are) impressed by the high level of technical competence. As time goes on, however, we are increasingly impressed by the great customer service and kindness.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, no. We plan to continue working with Ecode Dash and do not want them to change anything.
