I’m the co-founder and CEO of a SaaS company. Our software helps businesses sell their products over live video calls. We essentially connect shoppers with sales agents over such calls.

We already had a product in production, but we hired LogicalStreet to help us add more features to the product.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LogicalStreet worked with us to add some features to our product and deploy said features based on the requirements of our customers. In addition to that, they wrote some tests for the product and automated the processes. 

One of the core features we wanted to add was WhatsApp integration. Another one involved building templates that would allow customers and end users to send messages quickly. On top of that, we worked on developing a shared inbox feature. One of the key technologies we used for this was Ruby on Rails.

We successfully added new features to our product — this was our primary goal for hiring LogicalStreet, and they made it happen. We gained more customer involvement because they continued using our products. Overall, we were truly happy with what LogicalStreet did.

They were great to work with; the team was professional and shared updates with us frequently. Our communications were completely virtual via Google Meet and Slack.

They’ve helped us through complex GitHub issues, helped us increase our gross income by 76%, and significantly grow our unique user base.

They perform well from a project management perspective, and we’ve implemented a Kaban solution to keep everything organized. We have a good relationship with them, as they consistently provide us with daily updates and asynchronously keep up with communication.

We like that they take great pride in their work and are impressed with their superb communication skills.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing they need to improve on is their scalability because there were instances where we needed to ramp up the development, but we couldn’t find the right resources on time.

I’d advise you to maintain constant communication with the team throughout the development, and make sure you understand the technology and expertise you’re going to leverage to achieve your end goal.

I’m an executive of Innoprompttech Software Services, a software consulting company. We help businesses digitalize their work and work on various applications. For example, we can write an application from scratch, work on an existing code base, provide consultation, maintain the code, implement new features, or do bug fixes.

We usually have a lot of work, so we needed someone to help us implement new features and fix bugs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LogicalStreet Technology Pvt. Ltd. provides the resources we need to fulfill our need to develop applications according to the client’s needs. If we have to deliver within a short timeframe, they have the capability to do it.

Some of our clients have existing applications, so LogicalStreet Technology Pvt. Ltd. helps us maintain them, develop additional features, and do bug fixes. The main projects they’ve worked on include a marketing application for health insurance for one of our clients and a data analytics-based platform for another.

They’ve used React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Relax, Node.js, and Express-based APIs for development. One of our clients also uses Ruby on Rails-based applications. For databases, they work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

The quality of their work has led us to get more work. The marketing platform client initially told us they’d work with us for six months. With the help of LogicalStreet Technology Pvt. Ltd., we were able to figure out everything and deliver the final product on time. The client was so happy that they extended the project.

We have an ongoing budget, so it hasn’t been an issue. Moreover, the project manager is super helpful in meeting deadlines. He ensures that work is finished on time and is up to date.

We use Jira for project management. Communication is typically done via Zoom, Slack, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re good at identifying the right resources and gathering the requirements for particular works.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could scale more, but they’re still learning.

They're very friendly. When you work with them, consider them as your friends or employees. They'll take care of you if you maintain a good relationship with them.
