We work with all types of National, Subnational and Municipal Public Organizations, implementing comprehensive technological solutions and accompanying them with adequate advice to achieve an effective and real modernization of their activities. Our main activity is Software Development and Public Administration Consulting to manage profound changes that benefit government administrations.

To implement the Platform for the management of Administrative Parts such as: Electronic File with electronic and/or digital signature.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Due to the characteristics of the project and knowledge of Cumbre's knowledge on the subject.

The electronic file platform was implemented. The necessary information for the use of the platform was parameterized and loaded (users, organizational units, topics, types of documents, email configuration for notifications). Internal (customer) support staff trained on platform administration and end users. The platform was launched. Currently, it is given support, maintenance, and training according to needs.

From the company, they supplied professionals, 2 infrastructure people, 3 programming people and 2 implementation and training people.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It was implemented with such success that after more than 2 years of that implementation, its use was extended to more clients in the same province.

For the management of the project, the Redmine tool was used and nothing was found that could not be solved within a suitable period.

We are impressed with their commitment to the project's success. They are always attentive to any query made to them, on any day of the week. And the predisposition to find possible improvements reported

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In every project there are always things to improve and that is part of the continuous improvement process that both our Nomadic Company, which has ISO 9001 certification since October 2010, and Cumbre, which is in the process of Certification of the same standard, are aware of and try to respect. .

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

For the trajectory in the region, working with different public organizations in the use of document management

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

It provides us with access to electronic document management, with sayges, in the same tool to be able to have all the documents generated, with web access from any device, from work, my home or in the studio; all the files or documents that I need; registering the moment in which said document was made. Also, being in a digital environment, it is necessary to be able to apply the digital signature, that it be found in the generated documents and that it give it legal validity so that these documents are recognized. Providing the two signatures, the digital one at the national level and the electronic one, at the company level. All documents are saved and reserved in the same tool, in this way we reduce the environmental impact, by not using more paper and everything is stored in the cloud, protecting the documents.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

The internal people who were going to handle the system and administer it were trained, and they were accompanied so that these people could teach and train the software to be used internally. Updates were also provided, improving the product at all times. Documents with the improvements and the end user manuals of the system were shared

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Online and face-to-face support was provided, at any time or any hour of the day. Periodic visits were made to the educational institution, as well as training via meet and face-to-face training.
