We typically don’t work with vendors that don’t deliver and have success with, and we’ve continued to have success with SingleMind. Every development project has hiccups and hitches, but they are usually related to either shifts and requirements from the customer or just unclear things that we may have missed for educations and designs. For QA we also used a program called Bugherd, and then we used Lucid for empathy mapping. We used email for some communication stuff. We also used InVision for passing off a lot of the design between our team and their team. We used it to send to them, and they were accommodating and used it which we appreciated.

I haven’t tried any other control panels that are now available in the market but at the time, this was one of the few that were available. Their support has always been very good at any time of the day or night. I know they’re based in Kentucky and working in Central time. But they’re able to cover a wide range of time zones to provide us support whether it’s from London or from New York now.
