Introduce your business and what you do there?

I’m the founder of Profit Lab Sem. We provide digital marketing services such as SEO for small businesses. We currently have three people working in the company, and we hire contractors for different services our customers require.

What challenge were you trying to address with Goldcrown Labs?

We were looking for a reliable partner to create websites.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Goldcrown Labs learned a new software for creating landing pages so that they could build a landing page for us. They also built our WordPress website and implemented edits and updates as needed. They continue to create websites for our customers from scratch, while we provide them with the content they need to place there.

How did you come to work with Goldcrown Labs?

They were recommended by another vendor who was unable to do the work we needed.

We've spent roughly $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together around December 2019, and the most recent project we had wrapped up in July 2021. We still continue to work with them on other projects.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They're our go-to partner for customers who need their websites built. On top of that, they've been willing to learn new software in order to develop our landing page. Overall, I like the work they do.

How did Goldcrown Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Goldcrown Labs has stayed within budget most of the time, and we communicate mainly via Skype. We also use the Upwork messaging feature occasionally. Overall, they've done a very good job.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're professional; they create mockups to show me, and they patiently make any changes I request from them in order to make sure I’m satisfied with the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they have no areas to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be detailed about what you want. In addition, get a blueprint of what they’re doing so you can request changes and give approval.

We hired Goldcrown labs as we had an overwhelming about of website work in which we needed help with.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I got in contact with Goldcrown via UpWork and what let me to work with them was their quick response time and amazing web design projects.

We had an initial meeting to discuss the different scope of projects we had in the pipeline and to discuss the timeframes they could be delivered in.

I worked with the owner of GoldCrown Labs directly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Clients absolutely loved their designs and were very happy with the work provided, haven't received a complaint as yet.

We communicate via Skype and Zoom, they are very proficient in their work and are always on time. I've never had to reach out to them to find out how a project is doing as they always provide timely updates and impeccable service.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provide amazing website designs services and always complete projects in the proposed time frame needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nope. They handled everything perfectly, and I absolutely loved working with them. I plan to keep working with them for the foreseeable future!
