I’m the CEO and founder of Dizzy Bunny Productions. We create technology apps for the dating and social networking space.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inspeero Technologies?

We hired Inspeero for their mobile app development services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we had a discovery meeting where Inspeero told me what they could do. I told them what we needed from them, our budget, and everything else. From there, we set a timeline for when things should be completed. 

At present, they’ve finished the build, and we’ve launched the app. However, we still work with them when we need to update anything. In terms of technologies, we use Node.js and Java, and the app is available on iOS and Android devices. 

In terms of functionality, the app has social networking and geolocation features. It also comes with a texting function and a timing algorithm for chatting with people around an area. 

What is the team composition?

I work directly with two people, namely their founder and their CTO. I speak mostly with their CTO about the fixes and changes we need for the app. 

How did you come to work with Inspeero Technologies?

They were referred to me by a friend. We checked a list of various companies that could help code our app's front- and backend. Inspeero seemed to be the best, so we engaged them.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested over $25,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around September 2016, and the partnership is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The app’s functionality is great, and it’s generated about 3,500 downloads on iOS and about 1,000 downloads on Android. We’ve done no marketing or anything like that, but people are hearing about the app, which is exciting for us. 

How did Inspeero Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Inspeero is great at staying within our deadlines and hitting our milestones. The team is flexible when it comes to fixing any glitches or making certain changes. If something needs to be changed or requires a lot of work, we have a conversation about the time and cost necessary to complete it. If something needs to be fixed quickly, they usually complete it within 24 hours. To communicate, we use Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication speed is impressive. If I text them something about an issue, they’ll check it within two hours or so. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. They’ve done a pretty good job, so I don’t have anything negative to say.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you’ve done the app’s layout, and consult other people about your target audience. Inspeero will proceed exactly based on what you tell them, unless you want them to put their personal touch on the project. Moreover, pivoting in the middle of the project might lead to longer timelines, so ensure you get all the feedback you need before jumping into the project.
