Allcorrect handled the localization for all in-game text from ui to subtitles as well as all store text used on PC and Console in 9 additional languages from the default American English.

Allcorrect was extremely fast with their work. We would receive multiple languages fully translated and translated well in just a few days. They would also supply reports on reception of the quality of the translations scouring steam forums and more to gauge player feedback and perception of the localization quality.

The localization of the mobile game into seven languages—German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and Korean—has been completed, including Localization Quality Assurance after the integration of all text into the game.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All texts were translated into the target languages on time, meeting the deadline. LQA was conducted by native speakers, and all mistakes from the first round were corrected. Feedback from our team was promptly addressed.

There were two teams handling different tasks: two on the management side and two dedicated to the language work. They consistently provided prompt, accurate responses, met deadlines, and simply were pleasant smiley collaborators to work with.

Our team was pleasantly surprised by their thorough approach to the work process. Before each step, we held a kick-off meeting to discuss and finalize all the details. Their report format was comprehensive, and their attention to small details clearly reflected their experience.

There's nothing to improve in the workflow, it's close to perfect. There's always room for human errors and oversights, but everything was corrected during the LQA stage, so there's nothing to fix.

We asked Allcorrect to help us translating the project to 8 languages. The amount was about 16k words.The team delivered on time and we had great communication throughout the project.

The success of the project will best be measured once the game releases. But for now, the succes is measured in the fact that we got everything on time and with good communication. After most of our game releases there are only just minor changes/fixes to be made to the translations according to our community, so that's a great result.

Their project management was very professional. All of our contacts at Allcorrect are very professional and communicating well, and thus ensuring a smooth process. Translations are always delivered on time and they ask as many question as necessary to get us the best possible result.

The project was managed through a private group chat with the team we worked with directly. We were able to get on a voice call whenever we requested or a more direct discussion was required. We also had a number of shared documents where we managed the process. Allcorrect always met their deadlines and turned around their tasks in < 3 business days, even when there was complications or delays from our team.

Excellent service from the company representatives. Ana, Daria and Elizaveta were who we dealt with directly. They're highly responsive, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. Helping us both understand a process that was completely new to us and optimise the quality of the final product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Allcorrect Group could have done differently?

There is no way I think that Allcorrect could improve their existing service. I would like to see possibly see them offer more services in the future, perhaps some international PR or marketing services for game developers.
