The Nation is a huge entity with almost 2,400 citizens and 83 departments and services, and there's a lot to go over; even people immersed in it get lost in the information.       MIke used a messaging app (Slack) that we are familiar with to engage throughout the day, ensuring that anytime they needed input into development that I could quickly and easily provide them that input. They were able to deliver a polished end product quickly. For something that was built from the ground up, the final product was very impressive. Tone could be a bit abrupt at times, but that's probably due to the fast pace in which the project was completed. No complaints.
