An initial virtual meeting between all relevant parties got the ball rolling and quick responses to issues made the project smooth. A timeliness issue came up due to our out-of-date platform, requiring more work by the vendor than initially anticipated, but it was solved relatively fast and made little difference to the donors and attendees of the event. Response times to our inquiries were quick.

Since we have not done a project like this before, we can not compare it to others, but we were impressed with the look, functionality, and navigability of the page that was created.

The template they used to create our page used up most of our remaining website storage capacity. It would have been good if the unnecessary parts of the template were removed to free up storage space, however, this project was a donation and we have plans for a complete website redesign anyway, so no complaints from us.

Be a bit clearer about the hosting off the top. I was not aware that I would not be able to host the site without reduced speed on my current hosting platform and so was a bit taken aback by the need to pay for more hosting. I adjusted, but this could have been made clearer off the top. Otherwise the communication was excellent. The folks working with me on content were exceptional.
