The in person communication was very impressive to me. I needed a website that is quite different than those promoting a product or a corporation. As an author I needed a website with personality and a certain amount of literary style and smarts. The folks at Monolith made me feel like a part of the team in the creation of the thing. They listened, they cared and they made something beautiful and functional for me. Exactly what I wanted.

Be a bit clearer about the hosting off the top. I was not aware that I would not be able to host the site without reduced speed on my current hosting platform and so was a bit taken aback by the need to pay for more hosting. I adjusted, but this could have been made clearer off the top. Otherwise the communication was excellent. The folks working with me on content were exceptional.
