I'm an entrepreneur and own my coaching practice.
For what projects/services did your company hire Ikonic design, and what were your goals?
My goal was a redesign/revamp of my website. The old site wasn't built for easy updates (by non technical staff). The goal was to update the content and make it easier for admin staff/non technical to update it, as needed.
How did you select Ikonic design and what were the deciding factors?
I met Imad/Ikonic via social media and was impressed with his ability to make a websites' visual stick out from the crowd.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
I create a rudimentary design of the site and after an initial conversation, felt that I was in good hands. I handed over the copy (text) and let Imad/Ikonic creativity come to life.
How many people from the Ikonic design team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked directly with Imad. Sole point of contact.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Imad/Ikonic delivered the site on time and on budget. I am impressed with how it has looked aesthetically, and the design is better than I have ever imagined it could.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Text/SMS, email and the odd Zoom call were used to communicate. The latter to review progress and give feedback.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Delivered a professional WP/Elementor website that is easy to update/maintain. Imad/Ikonic's keen eye for design.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I wish I'd have hired him for my first website!

For what projects/services did your company hire Ikonic design?
Our insurance firm is a huge company. We had our website done years ago. It needed new modifications, fresh look and new options to be added to satisfy our clients. Ikonic was able to combine all what we needed in one website. It looks fresh, clean, clear and easy to access.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Some one referred it to me as they previously worked with them.

At the beginning we explained our desires. For ex. what we are looking for, the colour, logo, and the service we provide, we discussed everything ahead of time. Ikonic able to send us samples of what they previously worked on. We were impressed by their work. We decided to go with one design and sent it to them. We only had 2 months period to get it done. They managed to finalize it on time. It looks perfect and how we expected it.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We were 3 in total, myself, marketing manager and one of the CEO who signed and agreed on the new look.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Now, when we open the website, it looks very fresh, easy to access customer needs. It takes you straight to the point.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We we had Zoom phone call as it was during Covid-19. We both used to set a day and time to meet. They were excited to show us their work. My marketing manager was impressed with the information they provided us. They managed to cover everything in the first meeting. All questions were answered professionally.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
In the very first interview, every question had an answer. They were organized, ready, excited and the most important thing confident about their work.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
In my opinion and previous experience. They did amazing and I would definitely use their service again and I would refer them in the future.

I'm the owner at a company that provides photography and photography instruction as well as communications and administration assistance to other companies on a contract basis.
For what projects/services did your company hire Ikonic design?
We hired Ikonic to assist with a few different projects over the course of half a year. This particular graphic design project involved creating updated brochures for an agricultural drone company, as well as social media and web banners and some printed materials for a trade show.
How did you select this vendor?
We selected this vendor after having conversations with several interested vendors who expressed interest in the project on Linked-In. Ikonic was the vendor who was able to work within our budget and time frame, and who appeared to have high quality service.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
After having discovered the nature of the drone company through web design projects, we asked Ikonic to redesign product brochures to bring them in line with the company's new brand image. We also had a series of conversations about some signage that was needed for an upcoming trade show. A clean, modern look was necessary, as well as a design that would make the company stand out among the competition.
What was the team composition?
I work closely with the director of the drone company and I act as liaison between them and Ikonic.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The drone company had a much more clear and recognizable presence at the trade show thanks to professional looking brochures, signage and updated online brand presence to back it up. This resulted in increased attendee engagement over previous years as evidenced by the traffic at the booth as well as contact forms received.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was pretty seamless. Ikonic Design was easy to work with, diligent, fast, and efficient.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive was Ikonic's ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
Perhaps a more streamlined method of file transfer and communication. Was using What's App and Google drive, then switched to Teams which is what the company uses, but files were still in Google Drive, so it just spread the project out in 3 different places.

In order to expand my business, I needed help to brand the interior design firm, I hired ikonic design to guide me to establish the name and logo of the firm.

I heard about this company through referral from another designer.

Well, we started with few meetings and later on the director of the company which is the designer was studying the company role and our philosophy and that leaded us to find the best logo that suits me.

Well we are super happy with the logo and branding of the company it is really reflected us and our perspective.

We had multiple meeting as I mentioned earlier. As the director he already gave us the plan (working plan) so we knew in which step we are.
