I am the founder and CEO of a company called Allsite IT Services Inc. We are a Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, and IT infrastructure management company.

What challenge were you trying to address with AdOrganic Web Design?

We originally needed to build a website for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team designed and developed our new website from the ground up. Once we reached that result, we proceeded to tie in SEO and analytics to the site, creating opportunities for digital marketing through Facebook and blogs and other methods of customer outreach.

He pushes creating how-tos and other knowledge-based articles to develop a baseline for organic SEO and digital presence creation so that your website is not just a website, but an integrated marketing plan for your whole business. He has developed the sites for all three of our businesses now, and we are planning to use him to redevelop our site again in the future as well.

We just interact with the owner directly for all of the work.

They were referred to us by another business person that I know in the area. They seemed like a good fit from our early conversations, so we decided to move forward from there.

We’ve spent well above $100,000 with them over the years.

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership first started around March 2017 and is still ongoing today.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We track a variety of metrics on Google Analytics, including visits to our website and people that reach out to us through the contact forms there, ratings on Google and Facebook, and several other specific data points. Their performance in those has always been satisfactory, which is the main reason we have continued to expand our relationship with them.

How did AdOrganic Web Design perform from a project management standpoint?

Not only were the results very good, but the process of getting there was great as well. Their team lays out the steps along the way, sticks to the time frames that you give them, and always makes the reasons behind what they’re doing clear to you before they do them.

He is very precise about their timing as well, so you get immediate responses from the owner whenever you have a question or a request, and the process for each deliverable is extremely consistent. They deliver more clarity about the process than any other organization I’ve worked with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their combination of strong ideas and reliability really sets them apart from the rest of the market. It’s quite rare that you find both qualities in the same person or company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

From a creative point of view, their work is not extremely flashy, so if you’re looking for intense flash rather than something more business-like, they might not be the perfect partner for you. However, if you want something that has excellent design that is functional and reliable, there are no complaints to be made.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

He’s a good operator, so there’s nothing you need to do to be successful with him.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are in the early stages of tracking how the improvements have altered traffic flow and booking requests but seen a large increase in business this year over last year so changes seem to be working. Also any time we have a change of update needed AdOrganic gets it done almost immediatly.

Workflow has always been seamless, changes get made, we review, and any additional changes get made right away

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are always reviewing our sites and offering new suggestions on where they see room for improvement of streamlining. They are very responsive and always get the work done in a timely fashion.
