The scope of work was extensive and covered a complete rebuild of our public website and supporting platforms.

Dylan led a full redesign and redevelopment of our WordPress website, including a complete overhaul of our WooCommerce environment. This involved re-architecting the site structure, improving performance and security, refining the user experience, and ensuring the platform could scale as our product offering grows. The end result is a faster, cleaner, and far more robust website that better reflects our brand and supports our commercial goals.

Beyond the public site, Dylan also designed and built a custom account management portal for our clients. This portal provides secure access to account information, subscriptions, and related resources, and integrates seamlessly with our broader web ecosystem. In addition, he developed a dedicated Learning Centre, giving clients a structured, easy-to-navigate space to access training content, documentation, and supporting materials.

Key deliverables included:

Full website rebuild on WordPress, including UX and performance improvements

The project delivered measurable improvements across performance, stability, usability, and operational efficiency.

From a technical perspective, the rebuilt website and WooCommerce environment are significantly faster, more stable, and more secure than the previous platform. Page load times were materially reduced, errors and downtime issues were eliminated, and the overall reliability of the site improved, which has had a direct impact on user experience and internal confidence in the platform.

From a commercial and operational standpoint, the new WooCommerce setup provides far better control over products, subscriptions, and customer management. Processes that were previously manual or fragmented are now streamlined, reducing administrative overhead and lowering the risk of errors.

The introduction of the custom account management portal has been a major step forward. Clients now have a single, secure place to manage their accounts and access relevant information, which has reduced inbound support queries and improved self-service. Similarly, the Learning Centre has improved how we onboard and support clients by centralising training materials and documentation in a structured, easy-to-use environment.

Hello Fascination was key in unlocking the full potential of what the business needed to move forward in the most successful way. The deliverables that were most key to the development side was the induction questionairre of what the business is and what our goals are. Web design that brought about the feel and look of the company. Web development from strategic layouts to integrated third party resources to help service the business in so many ways, from email, to questionaire, to videos to payments page.

A measurable rise in volunteer sign-ups, donation form submissions, and partnership inquiries following the website launch.

Improved visibility and credibility of Baobab’s mission, reflected in greater website traffic, newsletter sign-ups, and social engagement.

The most impressive and unique service I received was strategic business development. Dylan was key in implementing the right strategic approach in setting up the business for success. Eveyrthing from foundational outlining of what our company is and what our expectation and goals are, to integrative ideas to bring about the best outcome and drive business goals and long term planning for what the desired out comes are and beyond. Listened to my needs and wants and was very accommodating to bringing it to life.

I'm the owner of Lifechange LLC, a consulting company. We help our customers create their life by design and take a deeper dive into their personal, financial, business, or life goals.

We needed help creating and designing our company's website. We also needed help defining our business goals and marketing strategy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hello Fascination has designed our website from scratch. The team has also helped us with our marketing strategy, business goals, and discovering our business structure. In addition, Hello Fascination has taken photos and created imagery for our website. The team has built an online shop and set up emails and Google Workspace. Hello Fascination has also set up online payment portals and created links to YouTube, payment, shops, and other websites. Overall, Hello Fascination has handled the full design, development, and launch of our website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've launched our business with an interactive marketing strategy through an online presence. Hello Fascination has created contact portals to reach out to clients and become efficient in closing business. The team has created a one-stop hub for all aspects of our business and links throughout that help navigate through the many details of what Lifechange is all about. We have definitely completed numerous sales by onboarding a few new clients for coaching. We've onboarded five new clients since July 2023.

How did Hello Fascination perform from a project management standpoint?

Hello Fascination always delivers on time and ensures an impactful delivery every time. The team's project management is very fluid, and the deliverables are always above and beyond. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive portion of working with Hello Fascination is how much I've grown as an individual in understanding my own business. I've been able to compile strategies and structures that I didn't have implemented in my company before starting with Hello Fascination. I've also been able to set goals for my business that are embedded into my website to drive accurate outcomes.
