We wanted to transfer our website content and design from Rubberduck CMS to Webflow. The design was created by our branding agency so it was important for us to find someone that was able to do the website migration while understanding and respecting the design already created.
We also had some minor modifications in design and UX that we wanted done. We also needed a website that was bilingual.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We got our new website very quickly, in about 2 months. The whole process was very clear and we were in constant communication with Maksym from The Favorite Design. He and his team was very proactive. With just a few tweaks, our website was exactly how we wanted it. All of our content and blogposts were transfered to the new website. The week of the launch, Maksym was available to answer all of our questions and help us with technical difficulties. The launch went smoothly.

Most of the deliverables were on time. The launch was delayed by a week, but this was by mutual agreement, as we wanted to iron out some minor bugs before putting the site online.

When we first started working with Maksym's team in early 2022, his team built our site from scratch on Webflow. They created a home page, a Services page, a case study library, an About Us page, a blog, and a Work With Us page. We wanted a very creative site, and Maksym's team filled our site with on-brand, interactive elements.
Maksym was also influential in the overall look and feel of our brand. He was a strategic advisor who helped us select the right placement of colors, fonts, and icons to tell our unique story. He also helped us get tagging set up for the site. Now we work on an ongoing basis, where he helps us makes continuous updates and improvements to the site.

Maksym is a strategic advisor. He knows what works and what doesn't when it comes to websites. We deeply value his input each step of the way. When he gives us an alternative idea to consider, we trust him. Maksym also educates us in the process. If there's something I want to understand better or learn how to do in Webflow myself, he'll share a Loom and teach me how to do it. Maksym feels like a part of our team and we're so appreciative.
Are there any areas for improvement or something The Favorite Design could have done differently?
My first reaction to this question is 'no.' I thought about it for a bit, and if there's one thing that I would potentially add? Maybe an easy way to go back and forth on feedback. When we were first building the site, I liked the ability to tag eachother in comments in Figma. Once it's in Webflow though, we mostly go back and forth on feedback via email—it can feel like a laundry list via email, the threads can get long, and it's more difficult to follow up on specific items when there's multiple being talked about. We've tried going back and forth in a doc, and I really liked that. Because there's the ability to have side convos in comments. Just brainstorming. :)
