Adster Creative has done a wonderful job so far. Thanks to their work, our business has gotten busier, and our phone calls have steadily increased. Over the last year, our new client calls increased by 307%. Additionally, they’ve taken our domain authority from 10 to 22–23. The domain authority metric was something SEO-related result unknown to me. However, after doing some research, I found out that the typical goal for domain authority increase is 3–5 points within one year. Thus, increasing this metric by 12–13 points has been an incredible result, and it has been reflected in our incoming business to the point that I launched a second clinic. Thanks to these results, I’ve expanded my company by over 100% in the past year, going from four employees to nine. Four of those hires happened only within the past two weeks. From our initial meetings, we started a discovery process. ICONA created a document which helped manage the process. It clearly outlined how many hours of work each piece entailed. Right now, there are no areas to improve on. They do a great job of making sure we are satisfied with their work and if there is anything, they are flexible and find a solution. For example, at the beginning of our relationship, we had concerns about how the billing worked due to the nature of our seasonal business. After voicing our concerns, they happily adapted the way the billing was done. They really make sure the customer is satisfied and they are very transparent with everything.
