CAYK was hired in early 2013 to assist with a complete overhaul of TimberTown's website. This included SEO optimization for all pages, content writing, UX/UI assistance, mobile optimization, content strategy, social media strategy, and all web design services.

Post-launch, CAYK was contracted to manage ongoing SEO and AD Word management, as well as to write additional content for blogging/social media. Through the years CAYK continued to provide monthly reporting on website performance, provided recommendations and assistance, and were key in implementing new features as trends in analytics and UX changed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Significant increase in web traffic and searchability. Before our work with CAYK our website was barely functional and had almost no organic search results. After working with CAYK to optimize our website and manage our AdWords, our traffic went through the roof and we were able not only to start setting measurable goals but to start exceeding them as well.

Though there isn't any firm data available, anecdotally the shift from the website we had before to what CAYK provided + their continued assistance had a significant increase on our profits.

CAYK has always been swift to reply to all queries, large or small. Their team has always been professional and knowledgeable, and deadlines were always met on time. Additionally, CAYK would commonly provide insights and suggestions on ways to stay ahead of trends and adapt to changing web demands before our team even thought to reach out.

The CAYK Marketing Inc. team is the perfect mixture of professional, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. Essentially CAYK is running our SEO and SEM (Adwords) program, creating content for our Blogs as well as design and maintenance for our website. Social Media - design and posting of all material. In addition to this they have designed our print literature.

Our goal was to increase client interest in us by making us more visible. -essentially make our phone ring and we can take it from there. We track all calls and web inquires and can confirm that our site is the catalyst for this action.
