Hani is very responsive and hands-on. When we have issues with the backup, I’m able to reach out to him for some tech support. I can email him a question and get a reply within an hour. What I love about working with him is that he is very smart and technical; he's not your typical IT guy. Even though I’m more inclined to design, he has never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. He just has great customer service, is very helpful, and wants to solve all our problems. It's nice to have somebody like that who can reassure us and knows what they're talking about without just selling us their services. The number one thing about working with Hani is his customer service because that’s rare to come by. He's somebody who's personable, communicative, and incredibly knowledgeable.
