Dura was extremely receptive to our feedback during designs and reviews, making changes or iterating on alternative designs where we felt adjustments in the concept were needed. They were also extremely accommodating when we requested additional last-minute changes and were able to provide additional concept work beyond the initially requested scope. I felt that Dura Digital did an incredible job of keeping on the target schedule while adapting to our feedback and changes. Pacing for communication felt appropriate while they also maintained great availability for feedback and changes outside of our standard schedule.
